What would be your honest opinion if a woman whos into hunting asked you to go out lamping or digging with other people as well?

 

Would it bother you taking a woman along with you?

 

Would your other half go balistic?

 

Do you think you would get criticism off your other mates for taking a woman?

 

Would you be surprised if she knew more about the sport of hunting than some of your mates or yourself

One mates new girlfriend did put a stop to me hunting with him till she got to know me. Other than that all my pals wives/girlfriends understand it is about hunting, nothing else

My missus has been out ferreting and working lurchers forever. She loves ferreting. Not interested in shooting or owt else though, and would never do bigger stuff, just rabbits, and she is not shy aboot carrying her fair share.

My lass and her twin sister (lurcher-lass & lady-hunter07 on here) both do or have done fishing, fly birds of prey , shooting , out with terriers and run all quarry with lurchers and they both ain't afraid of getting stuck in....

Ive had to ditch 2 hunting mates as is as they think if a woman wants to go off with them into countryside alone it = sex... Disturbingly... Still mates but dont have the craic like we used to.. Id rather hunt on me own now

My missis shot a roe buck first time out,150 yds in the morning in the afternoon stalked a red stag behind me no complaints,shes lamped rabbits more than once with me, and foxes,I dont see the problem,she rides horses and this yr expressed an interest in going to a boxing day meet,spot on I believe we should encourage them where possible,

Id have serious reservations about a bird who wanted to go hunting........call me old fashioned but a bloke likes a bird to be a bird,and a bird likes a bloke to be a bloke.......id have as much chance dragging my mrs out hunting as she would have dragging me out to a tanning salon !!
