Have worn one for years, dont care if its psychosomatic or not, it seems to work for me and I notice the difference when I dont have it on......

 

Horses for courses, try it and see....if it works, good for you! If it doesnt, nae loss!

But it has been tested and proven to be nonsense. But the mind is a powerful thing, placebos do work but I don't think superstition has any place in the 21st century.

If it aids arthritis you do not want it, trust me, if it helps prevent arthritis or the symptoms of arthritis then you do want one...

With that you could also do away with the multi million pound business of sports supplement products,herbal medicine and a whole bunch of stuff.......but the reality is if someone is getting something from a product and its not doing them any harm...............wheres the problem.
