Used to hear genuine good working, and way about. But it seems that the lot a bad ones out there, coudnt the find the own way roundor something, if seems what lad's have bred never made it, even as fox dog's, the must be doing something wrong but one good thing is that the can tell the truth?

Good question bullcross13 what was/is the most prolific 100%wheeler blood sire would you lad say

Where have all the wheeler experts gone can no one answer this

what does it matter they are all watered down now anyway.
It probable doesn't matter but there must be other dogs that made the grade as a worker and sire other than Charlie

There was a few others that made it as good workers.Probably more that didn't or never got the opportunity to prove themselves. But I don't think there were any that consistently produced workers like Charlie but then Charlie was an extra generation away from the bull blood than most of the other known wheeler stuff and his owner has told me many times that he seemed to produce better when out crossed rather than linebred

Downsouth do you not keep wheeler bred dogs ? If so what dogs are are in the back breeding . As you no so much about Charlie who where his dam and sire and why do they say he never bred to type there was never anything like him . Whats

the best pup out of Charlie .

No I don't keep Wheeler dogs but I was mates with the lads who had Charlie and Keith and I had dogs straight from Charlie. As for charlies sire and dam I'm sure if you was meant to know you'd know as it's no big secret. And nobody could say who was the best that Charlie produced without seeing every son or daughter he produced work.
