Did you not steal them from the library like everyone else?

Useless fact, Plummers books were at one time the most stolen books from libraries.

Cheers.

I think running dog books are a waist of time tbh better off experiencing your own experience in the field an making your own memory’s and mind up rather than reading bummed up story’s told by story tellers telling of amazing dogs to sell books they all chatted shit in that era an hay day of amazing lurchers they peddled they were all kissing each other’s arses for a name drop in each other’s books to give some kind of authority of that they were all linked to peddling of there certain xs that they specialise in I know there was a lot of bumming an blowing going I don’t believe none of the shit in any of the books tbh the simple reason why is because none would ever write the drawbacks of the crosses or any shit dogs they had that were duffers/jackers or generally not up to the job the only books I’ve read that ring true with true accounts of good dogs an turds is darcys books an that’s from actual his or other hunters accounts

One book from back in the day I would not put in that category and that was Ted Walshes lurchers and longdogs the best book ever wrote on the subject IMHO.

Wske up for god sake forums critics im penning up some magazine articles for various sporting magazines so I ain't got the time to bother with the novice and schoolboy pupils honestly I haven't  .Now then like it or not all I'm going to be breeding again is a true honest keen LINE of whippet x greyhounds longdog/ hybrids surely I'm not stepping on some of your feet am i because certain individuals comments are relatively slandering my new bloodline off for some apparent reasons.?..why....is it because you seemingy feel threatened by this wham bang merchant  returning ? ? back in numbers, back to display the fact that they are in  the pipeline with another wave of whippet x greyhounds coming fantastically bred from top notch bloodlines...surely they will be bred from experience knowing what they they capable of, knowing what limitations they have, knowing  this particular longdog strains is the bollix and boy o boy my chosen comments are smack bang on to put in short.i wrote a dozen or so ? articles in 2016 for the country mans weekly perhaps one who read my articles will understand that my readerships were undoubtedly very comprehensive written evidence from my trials and tribulations as a breeder and trainer of these beautiful looking longdogs!!!! Yours in sincerity and sport. Carl williams Bowline  longdogs xxx
