I've just had a call from the organisers to say that the Great Yorkshire Show has been cancelled due to the appalling weather and ground conditions. -

The Badsworth & Bramham Terrier & Lurcher Show held on Sunday 8th July defied the wet weather - but was held under cover - just in case. A good entry made for a competitive and enjoyable day. Mr G. O'Brian's 'Cassie' was judged Terrier Puppy Champion and his 'Jack' took the Reserve Puppy Champion rosette Qualifying for Cock of the North Finals - Champion Terrier - Iain Dickson's 'Haggis' Reserve Champion Terrier - Mr Fraser's 'Thistle' Champion Lurcher - Margaret Hague's 'Jed' Reserve Champion Lurcher - Colin Baker's 'Toad' Thanks go to the hosts, judges and supporte -
