Just got off the phone with Colin Didrkson the author of Country Mischife, and breeder of my little bitch teckel, been checking up on my two new pups that are three weeks old,can't wait to get them down here, any one intrested in Teckels in the north east could have a chance to meet and chat with Colin when he come's down to the opening of my new shop "The Poachers Paradise" on the sunday the 15th of march to do a book signing with his new book Worse Country Mischife

Me too Doxy when I was a lad and first kept british birds and canarys I dreamed of owning a pair of wax wing, and in the winter would see large flock on the beery filled shrubs and bushes along our local disused railway line, now a distant memory cant remember the last time I seen them this way

Though hopefully we will be up and running in a couple of weeks before but, on the 15th of march we will be having the official opening of our new outlet The Poacher's Paradise, the only retail outlet soley aimed at the workingdog and ferreting lads and lasses.We will be stocking all our usual ferret boxes and bags, terrier boxes, hutches and kennels. As well as dog and ferret foods and supplements, clothing, boots ect. We sell deben lamps in the shop and have had some problems with the wiring now and again, the main problem is that the wire used in the lamps is harder than the wire they really want to use but because of the problem with over heating there hands are tied, if they can't find a soloution then we'er pretty much shafted, which end of the wire are you having problems with, the switch end or the plug end

Jack the pup I have is easyest pup to bring up I have ever had and stock breaking is no problem at all, they just seem to do every thing you want from them Ferreting a couple of weeks ago on the dales first outing with the pack A little something that poped out in front of them Pups and bitch with Colin and chipper smith This bitch as never had her nose of the ground since being six weeks old stock breaking

COMPO is right there are getting to a few more working people with teckle now that there full use is being realised as an all round dog, I have one off the pups featured in earthdog running dog in Colin Didrikson's artical, she is about 8 months old now and starting to hunt with the pack on every thing from rat to deer, in march I'm also picking up an other two pups of Colin a dog and a bitch, one day hoping to have a little pack of teckle to work as rabbit hounds mainly but working as I do if there's some thing else afoot it will be in line for a chase, Fish it's good to see picture's form ov

  25. Last summer we bought 120 off a farm, and soon picked up and feathered well, wasn't long before we were getting an average of 90 to 95 eggs a day which we sell in the shop nice big eggs too, in fact most don't fit in the egg cartons we got to sell them in
