Never too old for a career change..
Welsh_red replied to 3dumb's topic in Snaring, Trapping & Pest Control
I want to wait until the kids are 18 and on their way in life and can drive . At the moment the pair of them are really into their football and there's trainings every night of the week and being self employed allows me the flexibility to make sure they can get to everything I always liked squirell trapping , I know a guy whose father in law did squirell trapping for forestrys and I love the idea of that. Every day out on a quad with trailer of traps . Was told last week that the requirement now was some sort of university education for trapping so think that ideas out the window . -
Never too old for a career change..

I've got 5 years until my youngest is 18 and around that time I want to change career , been a builder since I was 20 , and help employed now at 40 and altho it's a decent career I'm bored doing it now . Only so much more looking at tape measures and holding a hawk and trowel I can do . No idea what change I will do but i want something outside with nature . I don't require a lot of money to live just something I can get excited about -
I'd hazard a guess it would be sort or a exhibition match sort of think . Maybe on a jake paul card or something. Can't imagine he made a fortune in his career so that will probably drag him back in .

He was near crippled at one point . I think that wrestler diamond dallas page's yoga has brought him back from it

I put it into chat gpt and got this In a purely hypothetical fight between 100 unarmed average people and one silverback gorilla, the gorilla would almost certainly win, especially if the people are not coordinating well. Here’s why: Strength: A silverback gorilla is up to 10 times stronger than an average human. Speed & Agility: Gorillas can run at speeds up to 20-25 mph, climb, and leap effectively. Aggression: When threatened, they become incredibly aggressive and dangerous. Durability: Their muscle density and thick bone

My point about normal people would be this Normal people have probably been in a couple of half fights , when younger , when drunk Zero fighting experience to draw from . Now while one is grabbing a gorilla's arm and he's being shaken about a bit, the gorilla is chewing on another person's head . Seing that would surely make the person lose his grip and bottle a bit I'm all for stupid conversation like this , half my time in pubs is spent arguing over crazy hypotheticals You'd need every single person to be totally devoid of fear of death , willing to get tore apart f

I don't know why we even need to discuss this . The jails are overflowing with pedophiles why not make it a monthly thing . Bring back the collosseum and the last Sunday of every month chuck 100 nonce's in with a gorilla , tiger, pack of hyenas, Mike tyson and get it on PPV . Would make killer numbers in sales , we could get that idiot jake paul to promote it , have half time adverts during the slaughter . What's the point in having trump in power if we don't get stuff like this

It's all relative . 100 normal people scooped up from a shopping centre he's probably right 100 MMA fighters maybe not

Forest galante did a video on this and he said gorilla's have very good quick energy but would tire very easily , maybe a bit of rope-a-dope to take the edge off . I do think that a tom aspinall or somebody good at mma and massive build and size , if they could get a back choke on it could put it to sleep possibly . In reality the gorilla would kill the first person within seconds quite horrifically and everybody would back away into a corner and the gorilla would run around throwing his arms up and roaring like a sugar crazed toddler . Then here and there charge at the people and just

Depends if the humans are armed with anything , depends if its 100 office workers or 100 ufc fighters . I reckon tom aspinall could wear him down a bit

Me and my brother were scrapping upstairs and in the process he ripped my shirt. I went downstairs and my dad asked me what happend and I said jack ripped my shirt. He called my brother got called downstairs and got a major bollocking for ripping my clothes , he turned to me and clipped me round the head and lost it with me for grassing up my brother " loose lips sink ships " . I'll never forget when he told me that . Forever after when me and my brother fought we kept it to ourselves

Zero with me thank god . Can't imaging pedometer in city's worrying about their kids getting involved in all that My boy as soon as he leaves the house its like theirs cctv all over town so many people know everybody kid and always keep everybody updated if their up to no good . First time my boy went out on his bike on his own I had messages off friends telling me he's popping wheelies off curbs and being a little shit . He fell off his bike down the skatepark by me and I got a phone call 2 mins after from people from the cricket team to come check on him because he is crying

Me and Mrs always had separate accounts . We're not married but been together 20 years with 2 kids . Never had arguments about who pays for what really it's just sort of worked . I pay the rent and other bits , she does the water , electric, food . If one is short just asks the other for some money etc and neither of us care. It's helped that neither of us have big spending hobbies etc and everything just goes on the kids and life so neither of us feel the other is taking the piss buying expensive golf clubs or spending hundreds at the Spa Both kids in football costs a absolute fortune

Just seen the press conference and Eddie hearn lasts about 5 minutes before he leaves the arena

With all videos interacting with general public on YouTube I'd have a healthy scepticism. That gym in your bid was clearly a bit of a conman . But I'd like to see how many people the approached before they got that video .

15 quid up to 20 quid a hour isn't bad money I reckon for stacking shelves .

Bangers how do you know so much about all these out the way places and city's if you never go there ? I'm like u I live in a small welsh town and don't go far apart from the odd few times. I've git zero actual idea what the Indians think of us or what it's like in city's

I'm no expert either, only fights that come into my field of view are ones that are built up like this sadly I will watch it regardless , I wouldn't pay for it but I got nothing on Saturday night so it will chuck it on the firestick
