Only place I've ever been stopped was down the Barn in Oxford before the ban 4 of us in a saxo vtr,3 bull xs a few hares and 30 odd rabbits in the rear foot wells...coppers didn't even know the difference,sent us on our way home with a police escort to the bridge

Thats it mate ,couple of lads I was digging with got a tug going past the storey arms a few yrs back , during COVID,I was in front in my little rav,terriers boxed up in the boot,boys was in a brand new Passat with the guns and 2 well worked bulk xs...drove past the cozzers ,lurchers with their swedes out the window...stopped them,gone to their houses,smashed up terriers from the week before,guns out the cabinet and double the ammo allowance straight to jail....other lads have been caught because of pictures on some other plums phone,games f****d,even if your careful,some other idiots can stil

I just mooch about with a catty and me carthorse these days...if the opportunity arises to put something worthwhile on the deck...and there's no-one about,then I will do the deed and deal with the consequences...but I don't go out looking for it these days ...things may change in a few yrs when we get settled again....I won't have to do the celebrity death run on the way home.... because it will all be on my doorstep

Totally agree with you mate...the times have changed and you got to move with them, comes a time when you got to weigh up the odds...is it really worth the hassle?

Don't think it matters if it's your vehicle,or a company vehicle with livery....you get stopped,with bashed up dogs,lamps, slips etc...they will make an example of you...won't do your business or reputation any good when your caught ,charged an found guilty of wildlife crime...
