    Enjoyed the craic ow,don't think folk realise how hard the terrain is to hunt,not like your tripping over rabbits and can do fifty on the lamp with a half cross lol ,watched an 11m old beddy/whip first cross do 17 rabbits first night up in the highlands,dogs catching more in the day than they will see in a full season on the hill.always good to go out and get the numbers,if you get bored of him send him down to me cause I will feed him no problem.     The best stretch on the wye is called biblins used to be glamorgans/caerphilly water but wye and usk foundation offered more coin and now they have it-30 pound for a day ticket-just below the boundary you can join monmouth anglers for 30 pound a year,just as good I've fished both for years.stay clear of wye and Usk foundation take the piss with their prices-thankfully I still have my keys for all the forestry gates-atb dc

    I've had harkilas and larksens didn't last a season on the shovel,those hiax are comfortable and strong boots infairness and for 40 quid can't go wrong mate,gonna get a pair to keep me feet dry when working on site .atb dc

    Cheers mate,can't say I've ever heard of it,next season I want to travel abit more England way and try a few bigger rivers,fished the taff,seven,wye,rhummney and Ely for them.seen a few nice stretches when passing through bath way and would like to try the Avon, always fancied the wensum ,what rivers are near you?atb dc
