    I counted about 20 sat out opposite where I was fishing yesterday evening -back up there Saturday morning to cut out a few more swims.think I be taking some ferrets and my young lurcher for a look,covers still high but they won't be about long if I don't make a start on em.atb dc

    ebay mate type in blue 30 litre barrels-my terriers aren't big 30 litre ones more than enough.atb dc

    At less than a tenner a piece they alot cheaper than knocking timber ones up every 2/3 years.filled them with shavings and dogs were straight in em,they can turn around and should discourage any of the dirty fuckers pissing in them.undo the metal strap around the lid to change bedding .atb dc

    I have a few more tweaks-I was thinking of the non-slip flooring with an upstand like you get in hostpitals/Boots stores etc-I used to do shopfitting and can get it free as my mates a floorlayer.cheers for your imput .atb dc

    For those who asked-I've put in the barrels for kennels,the board on top will be covered in artificial turf so as they can sit/lay out on it and catch some sunlight.waiting on the sparky to sort some lights and electric socket for freezer and heat lamp in my whelping kennel .atb dc

    There was an american member who used to post in the lurcher section ,running them with stag hound crosses I think-they looked a match for a tidy bull x ,they make a fair old size like.atb dc

    I use a mattock Lee for around roots-one end to chop em and the other end to dig/pull out the dirt.handy bit of kit imo.atb dc

    Got mine Lee off boys on the gas board-number 2 head with foot plates and fibreglass handle.think they about 35 notes new.atb dc
