I know an Asian lad, who's mum had breast cancer..rather than have conventional treatments,she went back home for a 12 month..and ate all the traditional meals and spices etc...she came back to the UK and was cancer free.... having a good diet will keep most things at bay

If you do a decent amount of manual labour and shag before bed and before work every morning...then you should be a f***ing machine like me pal...last time I set foot in a gym was circa 1995 Portland YOI,never seen the attraction if I'm honest..just about everyone I've known who's dedicated their lives to the gym...is a crumbling , insignificant old fool on a pair of pip sticks 20 yrs down the line..shallowness/vain ness are not a good quality in a man or woman

That Must mean the great white sharks and pirates of the Caribbean/Serengeti theme Colosseum ...I kind of worked out who as who,after 5 mins,but did enjoy it tbf,had a story you could follow...not like these netflix movies... always too much going on in them,left thinking WTF worth a watch if you got 2 hrs spare
