    Right ant I seen a vid on YouTube the lad said remove the top pull the collection box out and look to the back end there will be a drain hole that goes to the bottom reservoir. pour a cup of water in there and it will drain down replace the Collection tank and start it its to check if the pump is working if the water doesn't get pumped back to the box then it's the pump. Mine was tripping out when I pressed the on button. I was told to disconect the connections to the heater element and try the on button it didn't trip out. So I replaced the heater and now it won't give any heat. I called a

    I use a thin slat of wood with measurements wrote on it. As I find those metal tapes bend and flex. And you can put a pen mark and month on the wood to see how much the dog grows month by month. And yes I know I'm fecking boring lol.
