First day finished off work so thought id take meg out and do a bit of dummy work instead of all the serious stuff ie picking up beating and wildfowling also had me lad helping few pics

Where have all the wheeler experts gone can no one answer thiswhat does it matter they are all watered down now anyway. It probable doesn't matter but there must be other dogs that made the grade as a worker and sire other than CharlieThere was a few others that made it as good workers.Probably more that didn't or never got the opportunity to prove themselves.But I don't think there were any that consistently produced workers like Charlie but then Charlie was an extra generation away from the bull blood than most of the other known wheeler stuff and his owner has told me many times that he se

I agree fox dropper but all i was saying is if he's got to wait till the summer for another dog he might aswell keep going with this dog till then and like i said if its still not doing it then do the right thing

If you can't get another dog till.summer i'd just keep at it with this dog yeah it could be a waste of another 6 month but then again it might not yeah i think we all know when there a jacker but like i say keep it until summer also if it was mine i'd tie it up out side the digs for 6 month and even if its screaming to go don't be tempted to let him 14 months he's just a baby what lines is it if you don't mind me asking

Got some nice blanks ripped a sill and frame out a massive posh house today be spot on for cattys be ideal for sps or just making a full solid catty if anybody wants any let me know

He's just after a bit of advice we all need to start/learn somewhere im sure from now on if there's a funny smell he'll thoroughly check the dog If you've got 500mg tabs cut into four because you want 125mg every 12 hours mate give it a good clean out if you think to your sen thats clean keep cleaning then you know its clean hope the pup gets better

Just buy some call ducks that have been pinioned at birth (wing cut so can't fly) and as said before try make it a little wider if you can.dosent look a bad spot

Spot on flynndog was going to pop out later with lab and catty and try for some duck longers told me to use these only just got into cattys i was looking at using doubles from what I've seen up to now there's no point in doubles i could be wrong but I've hit 3 things now all in the head with hex nut killed straight away and i could draw and aim for a long time with out shaking etc
