    If you dont mind me asking rake, who will you be voting for in the general election? id rather have the snp working in scotlands interest than any the other parties the way cameron went about it mate, thats the problem.. english votes for english issues, no problem here.. the snp dont vote on english only stuff when its possible, labour do..

    its getting what the vow said, facts? what are you reading, the daily record?? its watered down and will be further before anything is passed Joe, even if you got independence, you would be on here complaining about the aftermath. What part is watered down ? I also forgot to mention transport, which Holyrood would also have control of. I've never read the Daily Record, but I do read a cross section of the media, both print and electronic. It appears Scotland will be getting a VERY good deal compared to the rest of the UK, but as I say, you will never be satisfied, you sound like a bad looser

    For those interested, can view it at https://www.smith-commission.scot/smith-commission-report/ So much for home rule... These watered down "new powers" will be further watered down/ripped apart by westminister parties and the lords .. Cant see the scottish people being happy with it, surly now its clear to all of scotland, only way scotland will have the powers it needs is to gain independence
