  1. Cheers mate, I'll put some photos up on this thread of your whippets and start a new thread with photos of the pack out and about when I'm home from work tonight
  2. Here's some pics of my Bitch (Sky) out of Bobza's litter at 3 1/2 months and my older whippet (Harley) at nearly 2 year
  3. Try putting them in the guns and rifles sale section mate... You might get more people on there looking for em...
  4. Why don't you just use an app on your phone... The likes of Strava or map my walk will tell you your route, how many miles and also how long it took...
  5. Them lines look way better Kev mate Once you find your own speed and flow then they'll just start getting smoother and cleaner, keep the practice up mate and keep the updates and photos coming
  6. Line work is ok mate, you'll soon find your flow, like anything really - the more you do the better you get... The line work is harder than colour, Dermalo, intenze and Eternal inks are good and not too expensive
  7. C'mon Kev... Where's the pics and the updates ???
  8. You're more than welcome mate, glad I could help I'm sure we are all looking forward to seeing your progress pics
  9. Very nice mate I've neglected my R10 a bit since o got my HW100 but reckon it'll be coming back out before long... Have you noticed much difference since the JB blue print ???
  10. Inexperience and thinks rabbit is his trophy so to speak... Lots more time and experience to learn his trade...
  11. Normal collar or you meaning shock collar ???dont think anyone would put a shock collar on a 9wk pup? Surely! I would certainly hope not... Just the way it reads "will see livestock with collar round it's neck, nothing too intense, just a reminder not to chase"... ?
  12. Normal collar or you meaning shock collar ???
  13. AA field Diabolo for me but some other lads use JSB exacts (I found the skirts shit) and I'm sure Villaman swears by Falcon Accuracy plus... Might be worth getting some sample of each and try em through you barrel to see what suits..
  14. A few needles and tips for you mate, most needles will the tips I'm sending you... Should keep you going for a little while I think
  15. I work in a tattoo studio ( I'm a body piercer ) and them lines look canny clean, nice and tight for your 1st attempts so fair play... Get down to your local butchers and get some pig skin to practice on, proper cheap if not free and more like human skin... All our tattooists started on pig skin then moved on to their own shins/legs ha ha and then progress to mates who are willing to volunteer... I might be able to help you out with some out of date needles/grips etc for free if you like ???
  16. Nice little write up and some good shooting mate
  17. Definitely the best night I've had so far, I walked about all night with big cheesy grin on me face Now we're getting to know he area a little better there should be some more good nights to come My 3 bunnys Sean's hare (taken in daylight) And the final tally for the 3 of us
  18. And say ??? Would you be angry and anoid or be understanding as 99% of Lurcher people have poached at some point...
  19. Just out of curiosity as I don't myself have any permission... So, If you're out on your own permission and see 1 or 2 lads running/lamping dogs in one of your fields what would you do ??? Approach them, turn a blind eye and let crack on or something else ??? Not looking for stupid answers or any arguments to start - just honest thoughts/opinions/actions of different Lurcher people...
  20. Bet that put a smile on your faces eh... What was the score ???
  21. Could you plug the old hole with a bit of dowel type thing then redrill and fit stud into where you've plugged ??? Depends how hands on you are really, or maybe a mate or joiner could help.. Visla done my HW100 as described as original owner drilled and fitted stud instead of buying a proper HW100 stud which just replaces existing bolt... Just looks like there's a knot in the wood now but yours would be even better as you'd be covering with stud anyways so wouldn't see nothing...
  22. I think you need to do a hell of a lot more practicing and research but on targets only and maybe try just sticking to one forum like THL (here), ask plenty questions, do plenty reading and take on board what very experienced people are telling you... Springers are cracking for hunting though possibly a little on the heavier side to carry about all day/night... Look out for the big brand names - weirach, Webley, air arms, BSA and the likes... Well built and made rifles more than capable of doing the job when the time comes but you need to stay away from live quarry for a good few m
