    quite honestly ...when i first looked at the recipe ...i didnt think it would work.....but....if you use nice spuds and plenty of fresh mint.......the flavours "play against" each other..and it worked really well on and extra note ...i find swedish meatballs really boring...and i have an idea how to spruce 'em up which i will post up in the next few days..
