  10. bit of an experiment today...American East coast chowder..........turned out fine and i enjoyed it.....but it has too many ingredients which spoilt the simplicity...of the original dish......the Scottish Cullen skink.....which is supreme looking thro' reciepes for the american version im gobsmacked at the number of different versions.....some even have Paprika in it....... KISS......keep it simple stupid...........Cullen skink reigns supreme after hundreds of years

  19. lovely.........up until recently i have always added HP brown sauce......but i dont know wether it is me or the company ...but i find it is very vinegary and acidic now...still tastes similar but i cant cope with it anymore ...and i have migrated to HP fruity sauce which is working well for me now...really love it anyone else thinks HP brown sauce has changed ?
