I agree with you heritage my jrt is the best guard dog iv ever had when he barks there's something up and I go and check but if it's in a yard or lockup it suits if the dog looks the part. But in saying that when we were kids the local coal yard had the meanest dogs around and we used to feed wild them and we could go were we wanted in that yard with dogs wagging their tails behind us. Maybe a gaggle of geese lol

Pit bulls deff a no no and any fighting breed as far as I know but then again I dont know much but aren't them breeds bred to be man friendly and dog aggressive but we have this cross American bullie x American bull and he's a good guard dog can spot a bad cnut a mile off

Iv son with special needs and I know how hard it is to keep upbeat that's why I said Fairplay. And others might not know what else to say I get told Fairplay all the time I dont find it patronizing. Was on the main road today I seen a girl walking towards me with a king Charles spaniel when a jeep pull up an she takes the lead off an hops in the jeep an leaves the poor thing there running up and down the road like a headless chicken for ten mins so I go home get a lead and some food but couldn't find it any were hopefully its ok

When I was younger me and some mate's were swimming in the canal and a mink started swimming around us for a few minutes then when we were getting dressed it coming up close to us it had no fear of us. Another time I was walking through a ditch and I heard a commotion and when I looked it was a stoat and a magpie having a fight. There used to be an old bitch living in the fields that had had pups when they grew I got to see them work they where fantastic to watch

How do you boys apply hibiscrub when treating mange I mixed fifthy mils to a litre of water rubbed in with sponge and left for fifteen mins then rinsed off did I do it right cheers for any replies
