Arguing about dogs that should been pts, fkn Xmas eve. Mic done nothing except give the other cull away a couple of times, even Peter wanted to shoot it for him. And that other man ended up with it and then it's brilliant and all pups churned, he got wanted and others. I bought that other shity one and had it about six months, and then what get ripped off or should I pay again. Never getting involved with these peddlers again. I've I knew it was more tripe, I would never have bought it that day.

just to add to what youve said is, well to me the most important thing to me when docking was legal we would take 1 third of the tail of and pull the skin back to reveal the bone and nipp a bit of the bone of this way when the skin goes back over it and all heals up your left with a nice thick piece of skin to protect the tip of the tail.Ive came accross it many a time where a dog with a docked tail would sit down and touch the tip of the docked tail of the ground and they would jump or if you touched the tip of the tail the dog would tuck its arse under. That's bollix paying that amount for a lurcher 4,5,6 hundred and now twice this amount. I think 4 hundred maybe for a genuine dog and a genuine reason for sale, and you could see it out, and trial.Even about ten years ago, I spoke with a man who paid about five ton, on trial but off some one he knew of, a dealer. Some on there working quality may be worth this, but to sell would be not a part of the product. Wm, did or would you know anything about a male smooth dog, supposedly nutured, which was found supposedly working cover, jl,said he was looking after it and se,came back and said he was borrowing and that was it fame, se,had found it. I never saw the dog, heard about it a couple of years later

Pabs, I think you're getting a bit mixed up,I bred the black and white Russell types for the Cheshires mate, I also sold a few in the Liverpool echo around that time, I'll put some pics of them to jog your memory if you wish,WMno!, these were in the cw, or perhaps loot, near, Wales, the some woman, loads of dogs was getting out of it, and had brought in a couple of these dogs of some she knew, probably second bred. He shouldn't be coming up on the surface, unless it learnt a habit, like end of dig, or its some kind of breeding. Should be the right job for it. Are you sure it never spoiled before. Doesn't sound good. Be bad news if you had a terrier letting a fox move a inch in them circumstances, but I wouldn't know what kind of dog it is or about it's family and foreworkers, man or animal -
Very well put hgn, I was told plummer was a clever man, and a school teacher in which some may I add would ring a different bell, and being nothing to do with hunting but, a school teacher, discipline or very clever. Can be hard all right on own out, you can see some great things but doesn't mean you should be on your own. I think stress to your self was the worst of it out, you should enjoy and make the most of it, the some things we have no control over, but to use your bit of experience. And people who go back on your places, then they take a couple others and so on,. Know and went out with a couple of guys, who sensible and good but the lived 200 km or so away and they'd be looking, and trying and keeping themselves to themselves

Yes mate, have to hunt alone, or I'd be not getting getting out or relying on people. It can be a struggle all right and keeping control, gear, dogs.
