    I was down there one time eight years ago and met some guy's who had them, said over twenty five years and his mate had a couple, he got the service of my ten months old dog, promised me a pup back, I got nothing or heard of them a few months later, I give him a Russell cross too. YHe was saying it was about giving dogs and against selling them

    Heard some, "digging lad", well two different one's in my lifetime saying that the were seeking or getting a miniter English bull bitches for their breeding, cross with there terriers to create good digging dogs, the two individuals who wouldn't have knew each other, wouldn't have got far with it, both impatient and youngish and not very good nice when it comes to some things mostly.     I know a genuine man I spoke with and at the start of the season they dug to a young good dog, had only a couple of digs the first season before, a hard dog, dug to him in a hour dead and the average game sitting there, he never knew what happened, dog weren't badly marked, plenty of room. I think you can get bad luck too. These men are digging and hunting over 45 years, proper men and lads. No bollix with these fellas

    Saw a man's dog one day die like that about two foot deep, I don't know what work this dog had done before it was about two years old or something, the other comrade to it was getting dug to, I don't know if it was straight or litter brother.     Only saw a couple work me self, the one's I saw were Russell cross, one originated in North Wales, was keen but not great for digging, some foxes okay nothing special, great to hunt and fight, this was more Russell or white lakey as the call it.
