    coypu i hear what you are saying but the imp is well and truly zeroed. it was my lack of practice with this gun that was my down fall on the first bunny. i was shooting as i would have with my old gun. having seen where the pellet went and adjusting to suit with my next shot it was a clean head shot, no injured bunnies running anywhere pal.     Im only just getting into air rifle hunting really rez so though the gun might be perfectly capable i was still well happy with the shot because im possibly not as capable! practice makes perfect and all that.

    picked up my new sfs imp yesterday. took it out for a mooch this morning. plinking a few branches and posts to find my range. saw a few bunnies in paddocks infront of my house where i have my permission. took aim on the first one. it was further than i had been plinking so gave it a few mill dots. ..and missed. I saw the grass just past the rabbit mive where the pellet had gone. i had given it to much. the bunnies around here are not mugs so i thought thatd be my chance gone. i know there is another warren in the furthest corner so thought i would make my way around there and see if there

    friend of mine bought a hw100 laminate today. what a piece of kit. the laminate version looks quality aswell.

    Collected this today from ddurose. top bloke. very accomodating and knowledgeable. from the little plinking ive done with it so far it seems a quality set up. went to sfs while i was down that way and had half hour with tony, another top fella. my mate made the mistake of having 'a feel' of the hw100 laminate. needless to say he came out with a new gun and a serious reduction in bank balance! I will post a fuller review of the imp when ive done a bit more with it. dave has my reccomendation to anyone doing any future business with him. thanks again pal.

    yeah im guna try him again in a month or so. i have also emailed a guy in america who was recommended on another forum. apparantley he can adjust them before he exports but i am waiting for a reply.

    i have heard from a friend who had an old 77 that if you contact weihrach on the tinterwebnet with ser.numb they will tell you all info, mk, year of manufacture, location of manufacture etc.

    i must be doing something wrong because when ever i do a search for imp or sfs imp it doesnt return anything??? thats why i started the thread.

    anyone any experience with these? just watched the review on youtube and it looks awesome for a sub £400 rifle and personally i dont think you can go wrong with a weihrach springer. i was considering a pcp but for half the price and not needing the kit that comes in tow with a pcp i am definitely interested in one of these now.
