so i have been doing this for a while and no my way around a gym/equipment but after so many years and a fair few injuries my biceps and chest are stuck on 44" and 17".my height is 5ft 6 Inches and i am about 92kgs.really need some advice on getting these two muscle groups to grow.triceps are good/lats are good and shoulders are good.have tried different amounts of reps and sets and going heavy and going light.have tried supersets but these two do not want to budge.so other than taking some juice is there anything else left to try ?.should have said tried different types of exercises on each g

so long story short i got a qoute online as i have done for the past number of years.if any problems these idiots will contact you.letter turned up last week that they are cancelling my insurance something about a drivesure app that there was no mention of and i did not know a thing about fecking bunch of usless assholes.no idea what this is about never heard of it.just another load of bollocks i assume to riggle out of making a claim i guess.so anyone know what this is as i am not happy about this.

so long story short i was shooting at ian coleys yesterday and about 1.30pm in fecking pissed down with the largest haile i have ever seen.temperature dropped to about 11 degrees.only dry part left on me was my feet in my wellies.not impressed even asked for a discount but no joy.so this morning at 5am i was woken up by the loudest heaviest rain i have ever heard in my life.so much for global warming.

That beach at Walton just has the right layers which hold the teeth.south coast can contain teeth but usually embedded in rock so tools are needed.can find teeth in Bristol under the bridge but that is dependent on rock falls.

No diving involved just a case of walking about 10 miles up and down the beach from right up the top to the bottom.to find about 69 per day it takes about 7 to 8 hours.there are maybe 2 of the big ones found per week.they are in the shale amongst the rocks and just sitting on the sand.you do need good eyes though.some just sit and sift but I prefer to do the miles.
