    Mac used to make me do that all the time Mac - "go prone" Me - "here??" Mac - "yeah, here" Me - "but it's a f-in thistle bush/nettle patch" Mac - "Just go prone and stop being a girl" I noticed he always picked the soft smooth ground to lay up on haha!

    3 shots, 3 misses, 1 at a rabbit (too much hold over, went over his head), 1 at a magpie (cliped a branch in the wind in front of the bird), 1 at a crow (elevated position and I didn't increase the mil dots). 4 bloody great hawks circling the sky didn't help much. We only saw 3 rabbits all morning, poor do for 5 1/5 hours out and about.

    It won't clear that MDF at the back, but like I said, carpet isn't that great, if you made layer 3 on one shot, you'll be on the plastic on shot 3 easy. Cracking effort though mate.

    Was good to be out with Sean, very different to Mac, both great hunters though. Enjoyed a change of tack and approach last night, just wish there had been some rabbits out....

    I nearly shot a frog, but wasn't sure if it was in season, so left it. I had a very nice walk around with Sean - THE END. (only got told off once for not lifting my feet!! - bonus) Nothing about Mac, I walked the top fields, mortuary, over the hospital field and back round the paddocks. Saw ONE set of eyes in the top field right on the hedge line but it was away before I got within 100 yrds.... nowt about. It started raining about 12:30 so packed up and came yem.

    Love the video and the idea, the issue I have is this. 1 pellet went through 4 layers of carpet. You put 10 shots pellet on pellet, I would imagine that at least one of those pellets made it through to the last layer of carpet. When I plink in the garden, I will shoot a full air cylinder, 8-9 mags so 100-120 shots. In practice I have found this will get through the carpet and I need to change it out each session (or pick a different spot to shoot at). I found that if you fill the box with heavy duty old clothes, like denim, they last MUCH longer than carpet. I have shot 1000+ shots into a

    some folk have all the luck. I had another quick look at the golf course last night. 2 hours I looked, nothing again. I sware, not the smallest drop of rabbit crap. The only life I saw was a slug and 2 snails...got em both with head shots from 1 yrd....easy to stalk.

    that is the stuff I was recomended on WOC BBs. Might be cheaper to buy plastacine or even cheaper to make your own salt dough, pretty sure its just flour, water and someother stuff. Acts like putty.

    Nice one fella, as for the question re-zeroing each trip. I was taught that way, and it makes sense to be SURE that you hit where you aim. I nearly always need a couple of clicks in one direction or so, never more than 5-10mm off, but always worth a check. Especially if you can do it inside, in the dry, on the shitter haha
