    Want a good home for this dog that I saved from god only knows what tonight. He'll make someone a good project He lived with two wrong'uns before this. He's a real friendly guy and a joy to be around - he's just a little too boisterous for my girls.     There have to be better ways. I know the odd worker gets took too, but isn't it always seemingly the coursers? Ive been thinking about this non-stop for days and there are realistic solutions, but people would have to pay a little more money for their dogs as pups to make it happen. If people genuinely stuck together though, this could work I'm sure. I'll formulate it better and put a post up as soon as I've made a coherent plan

    I don't give a monkeys what some folk on here say. The man who reported the kids to welfare did the right thing. What's he supposed to do? Nothing? Slap the man and take the pups AND the kids?     Bad idea. Seriously. All complaints have to be investigated. There's a mark against the coppers name. No matter what you all think, they'll f**k you over in another way. Check the motor etc. The very worst they could do is list your car on the PNC. Their ANPR's would then beep whenever you drive past and you'll get tugged week in week out. They can do this just because they feel like it and its a long legal process to have it removed Be polite, unfortunately, explain that the law is 'x'. Laminate two copies, and offer one to the the next rozzer to pull you as a gesture. EXP

    My mate wears mountaineering boots, I can't remember the name but I'll find out and get back to you I live me a pair of timberlands personally. Good prices, waterproof and really built to last. I *think* that they still give a lifetime guarantee too? Couple with para cord laces and you've got something very sturdy there I've inadvertently started wearing my Panama Jacks this year.     Its a rescue - 8 months old, so still plenty of chance I'd got my dates wrong so I'll go on the 8th to see it. I may take the thing anyway, regardless of what happens on the day Anyone know what rescue centres are like about hunting? I'm thinking they may not be too ready to part with the dog if they know - pure ignorance if so

    Putting any dog straight on boar is a big ask, even purpose bred dogs are often intro'd through pen training and whatnot Good luck with it though, I'm going to look at a gwp today
