    Had first walk with dogs yesterday Late night on foxes last night with the pard 008 plus impressing me more and more. Now up to put a tonne of wheat out. Non stop at the minute but I am not complaining

    Our first day on the 24th birds are looking great. But still seem to have loads of jobs to and little time to get them donegood luck to you all gentleman for the season ahead

    Top job I cannot work out why they always have feed outlet on front not on side. They always shoot into box madness.

    Last about week when there on them. Worth the extra height to not have to keep filling. Got 4 of them on the go

    I use both early version and plus version. Don't use on board ir. I use a dragon fly which to be fair you will struggle to see a difference. Would say the new lord plus version is clearer and brighter in day with obvious more colour pixels. Looked and used pretty much everything NV and 008 is about best all-rounder

    Managed 18 grey squirrels in traps this week with birds going in. Only problem I have at moment is a buzzard in one wood. Any sensible suggestion gentleman???

    Glad you got a great set up sorted there. I think most of the nv units are clear now upto good distances. Clarity seems to change when mag is increased and screen becomes pixelated more

    We had them turn up at our rugby club recently. Surprisingly after the three senior teams turned up with retired players they were gone in a hour. I can think of better places for them to try their luck but a rugby club is pretty daft

    Very true sir Seems to always be the same few every year grafting. But amazing how the others turn up to each shoot day. To be honest I enjoy the keepering side more than the shooting. Always been rifles rather than shotgun man. I end up in the line of beaters with my terriers more than at peg lol

    Looked at one before going for another 008 plus. I heard the digiex is quite sensitive too much light and will white out. Where as pards are opposite and need more for better pic. Looks a good scope from reviews though and certainly working for you mate?

    Our birds coming Wednesday. Fingers crossed the work we put in this year pays off. New gates, raised fence wire, new steps in pens, cut more rides sorted all fencers everything cleaned and the never ending vermin

    Had first proper evening with new pard 008 on 243. Managed a nice buck late evening. Then into fox box for a hour where a fox duly turned up to bait station
