    exactly you are the best at it when you are out in the field enjoying yourself. But I have worked out who's the best, my son when he was three last year working a warren with his 70 year old granddad. The best ferreters I have ever seen

    I once met a bloke at a game fair who was very elderly and had ferreted all his life. A bloke came and asked him if he had any books on ferreting,He said its not rocket science you put a ferret down a hole then put your net over. has not changed in the fifty odd years I have done it. Did make me smile how can you be the best at it?

    took my lad last febuary when he was three. only did a few holes but he loved it. struggled to carry two rabbits though

    you should have some work for them little guys in a couple of months. plenty of rabbits on the ground in our area at the minute,cant wait to get the nets out. welcome to the forum

    I bought one of ebay exactly the same for £25 was not impressed at all. I recently got given some ply from a mate so a couple of hours later and knocked up two nice size boxes for next to nothing apart from the price of some cheap hinges.

    well done.good to see you put the hard work in first and have got the reward.I have had a hw77 for more than 20 years and it still shoots aswell now as it did when I first had it.But it has had a few springs

    new to the forum.I am keen on all fieldsports trapping,ferreting etc but most of my time is taken up with rabbit and fox control.I have recently added deer to the list of above and am very keen to learn more about stalking and management.
