I would say that's bullshit. Considering if they were shooting for 8 hours solid(anyone who has ever been on a shoot day will know they spend more time farting about, talking shit and sipping sloe gin than with a gun in their hand) they would need to shoot 100 grouse each every hour. or 1 and a half grouse a second Shure it wasn't brace? 100 grouse an hour is just over 1.5 per minute, not per second. The way I see it it's a vicious circle. The more you make, the more you want and the more you need. There are many other things in life that don't revolve around money and ultimately it can't make you happy. That's a fair wage if your living at home. 13,200 I wouldn't call a decent wage otherwise though. I suppose it depends on the area you live aswell.
