  1. Scary stuff, he could have infected a lot of fighters .
  2. Have you seen this documentary Max ? As an amateur from 1985-1988 he had 290 wins 21 losses with 260 kos. However its now came to light that Morrison admitted he was hiv+ from 1989 but Kept it quiet ? until 1996 when he did fail the test. So that means he was hiv+ for every fight he had apart from his first two bouts in 1988.
  3. That all depends on how you look at it,Wilder is limited but the biggest puncher in the division. Hearn wanted to ease him back fighting lesser fighters then onto his marquee fighters, more than likely froze out as long as possible but we know Fury has a problem staying motivated. Should Fury win it opens the door for the AJ fight which will be the biggest fight in British History. We will know soon enough and hopefully the winner does get the AJ fight in 2019 .
  4. Easiest route lol, he could have stayed in the UK with all the perks and went through Hearns stable instead he went straight after Wilder when a fight between Wilder and AJ could not be made. Dillian Whyte ?? The same fighter who went life and death with Chisora and was very lucky to get the nod, a fighter Fury comfortably dealt with not once but twice. What would I know im a Fury fan so im an idiot !
  5. Your wrong, Fury had the option to sign with Hearn and fight at home with fighters from Hearns stable but didnt want to wait to get the AJ fight having to go through Hearns fighters first, he wanted the AJ fight in his first fight back but Hearn declined it.Fury then went with Warren to go after Wilder and was also paid an extra 500,000 for each of his two comeback fights. Can he beat Wilder and Joshua ? Who knows but he is willing to fight both of them.
  6. Lol none of it means much, your right I just stated the facts, something you dont agree with. Fury has travelled his full career, AJ has not once so far, thats another fact for you . You completeley over looking the difference a travelling fighter has to deal with says a lot . ?
  7. Excuses ? Facts are facts, AJ got the opportunitys because of Fury, a fact which is well acknowleged by AJ himself and Hearn. It makes a big difference where the fight is at especially for the travelling fighter, a fact most fans over look. Travel, dealing with different times/jet lag Upheaval travelling to a different country different weather (not always) Potential to lose trainers ( Peter and John cant get into America) removed from home comforts/family environment different time zone different water different food different environment deal
  8. Dubois v Gorman is a good 50/50 match up of top British prospects and has been spoke about for a while. Joyce is moving quickly and has been looking to fight a few of the USA based fighters like Ortiz and Miller so not sure if he does fight Hughie, after Hughies last fight you would have to fancy Joyce handily though .
  9. If that is aimed at me Im far from a hater, I want to see the best fight the best all I stated is the facts, are you saying what I posted is wrong ? Big Promoters have too much say in boxing today and look after there fighters accordingly. Wilder is looked after by the most powerful man in Boxing in Al Haymon, Wilder won the title from a Haymon fighter and every defence he has made has been against a Haymon fighter, Fury has more to worry about getting the win over Wilder than just fighting him. Hearns biggest money maker is AJ and hes looked after the same.Wilder has pursued a fight with AJ f
  10. Aj and his team have no intention of fighting Wilder or Fury anytime soon. Mcracken already said that AJ is not ready for Wilder yet and everytime AJ is asked if hes going to fight one of them he cant give a straight answer. Wilder Fury and Joshua are the three top heavyweights but only two of them are wanting to face each other to see who the best one is at this moment in time.Wilder has no fan base and so its Fury who is the one who might lift the promotion with the ppv sales for there fight, hopefully the ppv figures are good so that Hearn can not hide behind lowball offers for the winner
  11. I'd like to see Bellew win but in Usyks last fight he fought a real big finisher in Gassiev in the final of the WBSS and he couldn't get near him so his power didn't even come into it . Usyk also beat Breidis who is an excellent fighter and was mandatory for Bellews WBC belt but Bellew decided to skip to Heavyweight to fight Haye .
  12. Nice bit of shooting Dave ?
  13. Thats going to be a telling fight for Ritson to come back from, first time hes fought somebody who could stay with him, roll with the shots and fire back and he got found out.Ritson could not adapt and just fought the same way all fight and worringly he was struggling badly with the body shots he took. Be interesting to see what changes he makes now .
  14. Ryaldinhio That's Fury's biggest problem keeping himself motivated which is hard to understand as Warren has paid him 5 million a fight for his two comeback fights so he's already earned 10 million this year so far. Hearn had offered him 3 million a fight for 3 comeback fights but Fury also knew he would have to fight all of Hearns Heavyweights before getting a fight with Joshua. Fury obviously went with the higher offer from Warren and jumped straight In at the first chance to fight Wilder. Fury will probably retire again after the fights with Wilder and Joshua especially if he is able t
  15. That's an expensive one then, some big fights and big money hes lost out on, bit hard done by,thing is is the nasal spray he used is allowed with WADA/UKAD (BBBOC), different testers, different rules .
  16. Fury signed up yesterday . Poor article though as hes never held the WBC belt ! https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/boxing/7448054/tyson-fury-wbc-clean-boxing-program-deaontay-wilder/
  17. Cubley Cat ? iirc. 50 yards is well documented for 177 amongst the 100 yard bench rest shooters. There is a big difference between long range plinking and actual competition .
  18. Ray , Fury could be playing a dangerous game winding wilder up but you can also see why Fury has gone down this route. Wilder will be even more reckless in this fight if Fury starts to clown him which is a very good possibility as Wilders boxing is poor and if you take a way his big right hand punch he has nothing, even after 40 fights his resume is still terrible.Fury could very well get "jobbed" in this fight,we have seen how Wilder got out of fighting Povetkin with a bogus failed drug test and we also seen how the fight doctor intervened at the end of the sixth round (iirc) to buy Wilder pr
  19. Wilder has took the bait hook line and sinker like you say ? Fury is wanting Wilder in the opposite corner full of frustration, loading up on power shots from the first bell.Different fighters, different mind games. For the Wlad fight Fury acted like he didn't care about any of Wlads accomplishments and was either joking about or looking not interested at all at the press conferences to put doubt in Wlads mind and it worked a treat. For this Wilder fight its the complete opposite,Fury is in Wilders face and full of energy deliberately trying to get under wilders skin doubting his power all the ti
  20. Hes talking BS , All 177 start to lose accuracy after 50 yards, both sub 12 and fac thats why 100 yard bench shooting is done with .22/.25 and some .30. Yet hes trying to say his mates gun is bulls eyeing at 125 metres ( 136.7 yards ) ?

  22. JDH you are correct Hughie fought Parker in the M.E.N Manchester . ?
  23. Wlad had his doubts about facing Fury, from the extra padding on the ring floor, padding in his shoes to look taller and then wrapping his gloves without any of Furys team witnessing it.Cheating and gamesmanship from Wlad before a punch was thrown. Wlad had lost the mind games before he even stepped in the ring. Fury created the doubt with his antics at press conferences, refusing to acknowledge Wlads achievments etc and Wlad could not take him seriously and took it all in. Furys boxing ability sealed the deal and he won the fight,it wasn't fan friendly but it was effective nobody can deny tha
  24. Until they ever meet who knows what would happen. Hughie is fighting Pulev at end of October in an eliminator for Joshua's IBF belt,a fight first offered to Whyte but he refused it after Hearn lost the purse bid for the fight meaning he would have to fight outside Britain for the first time. Whyte also refused to fight Ortiz in an eliminator for Wilders WBC belt. Hughie has fought a few times around the World not fighting in England till his fifth fight even fighting Parker in his own back yard for the WBO title at 23 years old. Edit to say Hughie fought Parker at the M.E.N in Mancheste
