  1. Seems like things could be changing with Hearns attitude, rumblings on forums from Richard Shaeffer saying that the Wilder v Fury fight has grossed more than any of Joshua’s fights. Rumours are floating about that Joshua could be fighting Miller over in America at MSG, this despite saying that Wembley has been booked for months and could not be changed to any other location. Miller would be an ideal opponent for Joshua’s American debut, he has fought nobody in top ten and has 0 chance of beating Joshua. If Joshua does indeed fight Miller in America to increase his exposure this will be seen b
  2. Fury Wilder Joshua are the top three in the division no doubt , but some of the strokes Hearn has pulled that have been mentioned on forums lately ? Joshua to be fair has took his opportunities though. Wilder and Joshua are both just as protected as each other .
  3. British fight of the year ? Who is your pick for International fight of the year ? Been some good ones tbf. Hurd v Lara GGG v Clenelo Wilder v Fury Poor judging in two of them so il go Hurd v Lara
  4. There are not a lot of fighters for Joshua left to face really at the top of the pile,Wilder and Fury aside there is only the likes of Pulev,Kownacki,Charr,Bryan,Miller maybe Ortiz and then Joshua would have to rematch fighters hes already beat. Wilder is the one that Joshua needs for the last belt that he does not have, the winner of that fight also being undisputed champion. Wilder would probably be an easier fight to put together than the Fury fight.Fury owes Hearn no favours,so toys around with him and like already mentioned hes out for 6 months anyway.
  5. Ortiz stank the place out in Manchester Arena when he fought Dave Allen,Ortiz was meant to be signing up to Matchroom, after the Allen fight,Hearn did not bother to sign him and let him go. Ortiz is ancient and has beat nobody of note as a pro,he had his moments against Wilder but ended up stopped in the tenth. There are better potential matchups for Joshua out there but its only a voluntary fight in April so Hearn will not want to throw too much money at that opponent. Joshua has mandatorys to deal with after April Whyte (WBO) Pulev (IBF ) Charr/Bryan (WBA) ? (IBO). I think behind all th
  6. More than likely also the next Lance Armstrong as well , when you bring the sort of money into America that Mayweather has over the years the powers that be tend to turn a blind eye.It could well get interesting once he is fully retired and no longer bringing in huge sums of money to the American economy.Excellent boxer but also avoided prime fighters like Pacman,Williams etc, retired rather than rematch ODH and the opposing fighters had to concede to every demand he wanted other wise they did not get to fight him. There are numerous reports of failed ped tests etc, cleaning his system out wit
  7. Fury v Joshua would more than sell out Wembley but Fury has already said he's not fighting till after his baby is born, a fight the size of one between them two needs to be planned out anyway not rushed to fit in a deadline .
  8. Its been mentioned before on here but if Joshua and Wilder truly wanted to fight each other the fight would have been made if not in 2018 then early 2019.There both as bad as each other, its a case of who to believe and who not to believe and that's what it comes down to. Wilder could of picked Joshua over Fury in December but he didn't and Joshua could have picked Wilder for April but it isn't happening.Wilder partly agreed to a 15 million flat offer from Joshua then bailed when he realised how much the fight would gross,Hearn himself saying it was a 100 million plus fight. Joshua then told W
  9. He doesn't need to wait long at all,I suppose to an extent its down to Fury and how he feels it would suit him best.Fury could get Wilder as early as his next fight or with Fury now being ranked no2 in the WBC ratings behind Whyte it could be at the latest probably the end of 2019.Id like to see Whyte get a shot at Wilder,he deserves it and id rather see him fight Wilder than Joshua again tbh. Fury has said that he would not be fighting again until after his wife has had the baby. Money speaks in boxing so hopefully we get to see them all face each other sooner, rather than later . ?
  10. All three are unbeaten and all three have some sort of title but Joshua holds 4 titles so he is in the driving seat no matter which of the three fighters anybody favours. Its been mentioned before but Fury is in a funny position as he is a legitimate threat to both Joshua and Wilder but has less to offer than the other two so why would either Wilder or Joshua risk losing it all to fight him for less reward ? Wilder wont fancy the rematch as he knows he got the draw by the skin of his teeth against a sub par Fury who he thought he could take advantage of and beat and use the win as a bargaining
  11. Nobody knows yet who Joshua will be facing .It is a joke how they cant put a Undisputed fight together in this day and age, whoever is at fault. There is a list on another forum of Joshua’s preference who he supposedly wants to face next . 1 Wilder 2 Fury 3 Whyte v Chisora winner 4 Usyk 5 Ortiz ( iirc) .
  12. Thing is Wilder and Joshua as well as fighting for the Undisputed Champion status the winner would also be the first to hold all 5 belts simultaneously ,Joshua has the WBA WBO IBF and IBO with Wilders WBC belt the only one he does not have.Lewis was the last Undisputed Champion but he never held the WBO belt. Joshua and wilder already have more than enough money, you would think the status of being Undisputed Champion and the first ever 5 belt holder would be more than enough motivation for them to fight each other .
  13. I very much doubt it with Joshua still offering Wilder a flat fee for the fight,in the first negotiations Hearn himself said it was a 100 million fight then offered Wilder a 15 million flat fee so basically a 85/15 split and Wilder rightly refused. The ball is in Joshua's court if he really wants to make the Wilder fight, they have made Wilder an increased flat offer but Wilder has shown no interest. If Joshua truly wants to fight Wilder for the Undisputed title and the first Champion to hold all 5 belts he needs to offer wilder a % deal. Joshua had no problems giving Parker a 33% deal but so f

I hope fingers are’ nt being pointed at me ? Why another member would pick a user name so similar to mine is a joke (Mick C).For the record ive never owned a Wheaton or a Wheaton x and I dont peddle pups either ! As well as me being from the North East .
  15. Hearn saying on Youtube that Wlad text Joshua and said he's making a return ! So the rumours floating about that said Wlad was one of the wild cards to fight Joshua on April 13th may have had a bit truth behind them ! It would be 2 year since Wlad last fought in April, Wlad is better staying retired and enjoying the money, fame and good health that he walked away from boxing with .
  16. Wilder v Joshua would be a proper tear up, two offensive boxers fighting for the undisputed Title. Both would probably start out a bit cagey but at some point the fuse paper will be lit imo.The promoters need to make the time, sit down and get this fight made, no more BS. This is the biggest and best earner for both fighters so they need to all sit down and get this fight made . It could mean Fury not getting the winner till 2020 but it will suit him .
  17. Joshua has some good attributes but he also has a few flaws. Some can be remedied some will not. Joshua is very pedestrian and predictable with poor head movement and has poor mobility due to bad footwork. Fury would be a nightmare for Joshua but Joshua may well take chances as he may not respect Furys power. Joshua can adopt a high guard to make up for lack of head movement if he fights Wilder and he also puts punches together better than Wilder as well as being a bigger puncher than Fury.Wilder however has very unorthadox movement and a good engine, with that devestating power right till the
  18. Max in boxing money is king and certain results in boxing follow that trend. I said before the Fury v Wilder fight on here that I hope we had a clear winner as I knew with Wilder being a Haymon fighter , Fury would be lucky to get the nod and we could have a controversial decision which proved to be the case. Im a Fury fan but until he has fought and beat both AJ and Wilder its up in the air who is the best of the three. Imo Fury should have got the win over Wilder but with it being declared a draw everybodys a winner, from the fighters, the promoters, the tv companys, the host site and the bo
  19. Rebel was a good 3/4 dog born early 70s but a brute of a dog by all accounts.Tom bred him to a greyhound bitch in 80s he had a good litter of 7/8 from this mating Chalky,Toney,Ted etc. Tom looked to bring in fresh blood/outcross in 90s as his dogs were up in age so he bought in a dog pup (Jed) and then a bitch pup came from AW (Laila). Jed went over a Greyhound bitch and Laila was bred to Chalky. Pups from both litters he kept back were turning out well but some had disappeared and then Toms mates where running Laila one night to bring there young dogs on when some toff shot her. Laila was the
  20. I cant see Brook winning a belt at Light middleweight especially without Ingle in his corner, better off chasing Khan for a cash out fight which is basically what it would be for both of them imo . Hurd/Lara/Munguia/Charlo all top fighters and cant see Brook beating any of them
  21. That would defo suit Fury if he could get another fight in before facing either Wilder or Joshua, I think Fury would be happy to let it play out that way.
  22. Starting to get interesting now, ppv figures for Fury/Wilder fight are the highest for a Heavyweight Title fight in last 15/16 years and the rematch will do even more. I really hope they can get this rematch back in the UK . https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.mirror.co.uk/sport/boxing/deontay-wilder-tyson-fury-forced-13701734.amp
  23. Immediate Rematch is official, lets hope they can get it in UK. Fury will be lighter, sharper and fitter for the rematch. Wilder went into the first fight thinking he was getting a Fury that was there for the taking and expected to KO him, this time hes going into the rematch knowing that Fury will be even better. Really looking forward to this, fair play to WBC for sanctioning it. Ring have also elevated Fury up to number 2 in there rankings, below Joshua but above Wilder. This is going to continue to be an eventful thread ?
  24. I think it was Pesky1972 that rightly pointed out that Fury has nothing to offer other than the Lineal belt and even off the back of his renewed popularity after the Wilder fight imo he will still struggle to get a fight with Wilder or Joshua as they will want to face each other first as the winner would be the Undisputed Champion and the first since Lennox Lewis ( big bragging rights), Fury may get lucky and have the WBC order an immediate rematch other than that he may only get Wilder or Joshua if a fight between them two cant be made but even Fury and his team know a couple more fights bef
  25. If Wilder could not connect with jabs or straight right hands then hes not going to bother to try throwing uppercuts , thats the shortest punch a boxer will throw.Wilder could not close the distance as Fury is very good at setting the distance and deterring the opposing fighter with accurate counter punching.I agree Fury should not have been down twice as it was his own fault due to show boating instead of staying focussed. Lets see what 2019 brings in the Heavyweight Division. ?
