    So what is responsible? Raising a massive litter, taking all goodness out a bitch that not only works for you but produces your next dog, for you to be lumped with pups,putting them on gumtree or pre loved selling to folk you've never met only to never hear off them again? I'd toss and turn all night for months..... pan half, put all your efforts into getting the other half the best homes possible and sleep like a baby.. just my take on it, but what's responsible? As surely as soon as that pup your responsible for leaves you'll never see it again in majority of cases...

    i would take him for a long net dog.. and tbh if i had a dog like that i would not give two forks what anybody else thought either you got me a little jealous now If I'm honest I think I hit lucky, the dog has worked sheep but there are better dogs at it, so he was relegated so to speak. He already knew the away command and then it was just a case of putting time in, getting him to stop in same field an nit go through hedge into next, then I was hiding a ball in field an making him search it as he was coming g towards me and the net, I think he see 's the net as a gate?     I got a collie here that I use to net at night, he don't hunt bunnys but quarters land towards the net an in process sends the bunnys for the safety of there Warren, and into my net I've put in front of it, some will say he is a long netting dog, others won't. I don't mind nor care as he does what I want

    Get yourself out with a few different crosses if all you know is from books, somebody local will take you out if you stick a thread up, do you drive?

    If you put that 100 quid in your petrol tank and spent it all running around trying to get some permission, you could end up with as many days sport as you want! Not these days Seems to work well enough for myself and many others mate, you honestly saying your that desperate for a day out you would come all the way over from lancashire, to pay someone a ton, to kill a handful of rabbits (and it will probably only be a handful) which you then have to hand over at the end of the day? All the way over?? I think nothing of driving 100 miles for ferretin infact ill be doing 90 mile on sunday

    I had that many ornamental an country gardens pestering I started charging them a few quid a time, funnyly enough they call about twice a year now, and that's enough to get them done, and the dozens have even turned into a few when they call now, for big numbers you need remote farms..
