  1. Just before these regional elections, the German government announced plans to build 'refugee' accommodation near the town of Rostock...........the last one was burned to the ground, while hundreds of locals stood around chanting and giving Nazi salutes ! That should be an interesting planning application !
  2. It's not just in Germany....... Le Front Nationale is showing strongly in polls for this years elections in France. In Holland, the Freedom Party, led by Geert Wilders, is way ahead in polls ahead of next year's elections. Viktor Orban leads an increasingly hard line, and popular, Hungarian government. The UK voted to leave the EU on the back of the tidal wave of migrants, welcomed in by Merkel. Right wing support has also increased significantly in Belgium and Sweden.......
  3. 12/12, but I've always had a gift for foreign languages ! Interesting how some of the words and phrases are used in other parts of the country....you hear "nebby" (nosey) in parts of the Midlands.
  4. i thought scoring coke and paying to drive up the marmite motorway, were still slightly illegal in England, so may just disagree with mr Corbin on that statement There are more serious issues at stakes here, mate. Maybe misuse of public funds, various forms of corruption, illegal payments, false accounting, misconduct in public office, and, if the charity claims are true, common or garden theft........ At the moment, I think that scoring a bit of class A is the least of his worries.
  5. Corbyn says that Vaz hasn't committed any crime, and he's probably right. Once again, what he does in his private life is his own business, each to their own.... But surely the Committee for Standards in Public Life (or whatever they're called) should investigate the obvious conflict of loyalty and vested interested ? He has consistently campaigned to stop the prosecution of men who solicit and pay for sex....while apparently soliciting and paying for sex himself - and that's what I think is most troubling - that he has allowed his sordid personal tastes to influence his political judg
  6. In a masterpiece of understatement, Mr Vaz has said that he finds the newspaper story "deeply troubling". Would that be "deeply troubling because it isn't true" or "deeply troubling because I got caught, and now I'm up 5hit creek"..........? Answers on a postcard to "Keith Vaz is up 5hit creek competition, c/o Leicester East Constituency Labour Party.....
  7. Absolutely ! Anything that befalls him, he has brought on himself. His poor wife and kids have done nothing, and should not be judged by this "man's" shameful behaviour........
  8. It's no business of mine who he has sex with, paid for or otherwise, but to shame his wife and kids like this is deplorable ! He thinks that men who solicit and pay for sex should not be prosecuted, and has campaigned to have the law changed.......and now we know why ! A clear conflict of interest between his personal life and his political policy, I think ! It's no shame, this is the new normal. Gays and trannies are fine now,it's time to progress onto accepting pedos and beastiality (give it 10-15 years). This is the future we're actively pursuing under the guise of tolerance. I

  10. We're with Post Office. Maybe notthe first name you think of, but we get u limited calls and broadband for £27 a month.......and their customer service is superb ! They don't have a TV service, but that's where the unlimited broadband comes in......
  11. Peruvian flake ? Is this some kind of specialist knowledge , Mackem ?
  12. Possibly, but if he wins with a convincing majority, his party would be foolish to ignore him...... Obama was elected on a tidal wave of support but, thank to Congress blocking him, has achieved very little in his time in office.
  13. In fact, their system is very similar to ours. Trump may have a policy on this, that or the other, but it is Congress that introduces, amends and, ultimately, endorses it. The president merely ratifies it with his signature, rather like Her Majesty does here .So, he needs a Republican majority (ideally), and he needs policies that the Republican Congressmen (and women) will support. If he has a Congress majority, he doesn't need to win Democrats over, or rely on them abstaining. His ideal scenario is a Republican majority in both the Congress AND the Senate.......but that scenario has rarely
  14. Because he is/was chair of the Home Affairs Select Committee, which is currently scrutinising our laws on prostitution. Mr Vaz thinks that men who pay for sex should not be prosecuted. Fill the rest in yourself......

  16. Until very recently, Clinton had a double point lead, but he's battled his way back to just about even. Probably more encouraging for his campaign, his popularity within his own party has risen to a new high of 78%.......he's definitely still in the fight !
  17. Fat woman says to her husband, "Why didn't you come and help me ? Didn't you hear me fall down the stairs ?" Husband replies, "Sorry, love, I thought EastEnders had started....."
  18. Maybe the fact that Donald J has let the genie out of the bottle will force some concessions from Clinton IF she wins ? He has spoke the unspeakable, and has bought contentious issues out into the open (albeit a little boorishly at times) - and I, for one, salute him for that, if nothing else !

That's a better one, mate, but I still think the less tech-savvy (me included) would find the wizard easier. Depends how confident you feel about these things, I suppose......

dont get kodi get the sky box and no f***ing around its a one off payment and you get all sky channelsPs if you really want kodi download here FREE https://kodi.tv/download/ The link only installs the 'bare' version of Kodi, with no content, which can be a real ball-ache to install yourself. Play Store has the Complete Kodi Set Up Wizard, which you can use to install the app, as well as the custom builds. In my view, the builds make Kodi much more straightforward to use....... There also a whole community of Kodi forums, which you can use to modify and customise your Kodi. And it all free !

  22. His popularity stems from the fact that he says what his audience want to hear, in language they understand. He is the "'anti-establishment' candidate, running against an opponent who is the personification of "the establishment", which is probably his greatest strength. His greatest weakness is probably that his appeal is only among a narrow demographic, and if he is to succeed, he will have to broaden his appeal much more. He may be way behind in the polls, particularly among female and ethnic voters, but (and its a big "but") a recent poll indicated that 2/3 of voters view Clinton as "

How do you get on streaming any live stuff like footy on kodi, I had fibre broadband because I was told the buffering would stop , but to be honest its made no difference when trying to watch live stuff ? You shouldn't be getting any buffering with fibre. I can stream fine with a normal 8 Meg connection. Something don't sound right there..You can have the fastest fibre optic thingymabob broadband in the world but if you're streaming off a shit site with rammed servers everything will buffer. that makes sense I usually get half a dozen links for whatever I want to watch Increase your video

Kodi will work on most PCs and tablets. Install on of the ready made builds, and away you go. We use it on our tablet, then a wireless dongle to the TV - all Sky channels and Sky sports, 1000s of films, live TV and just about anything that's ever been on TV.....and loads more ! Amd, best of all, none of it costs a penny ! We just upgraded to unlimited broadband, to avoid download charges.
