  3. Nonsense, his cock'll have dropped off before then, and he'll be on the lookout for a replacement liver
  4. Probably give you some sort of antibiotic jab, I would get it looked at mate Weils disease can lead to complications later on
  5. This has brought to mind a situation I relayed here before, but for anyone that missed it here goes - As we approached the Tyne tunnel all four of us in the delapidated ford fiesta van, myself as a trainee landscape gardener and Owd Al AKA The Bare Knuckle Champ crammed in the tiny space of the back of the van The Tunnel security were stopping vehicles at random, probably dipping for red diesel when a voice from the front exclaimed "we could get a pull here Owd Al piped up " They'll think we're fuckun darkies with these sun tans we've got Circa 2000
  6. Chinese supermarket opened up locally I'll be filling me boots Chicken chow mein for starters
  7. He must be full of best scotch I've been interested in whippets for years, and would like to train and run one at some point, wish I'd had the chance to attend a WCC meeting
  8. I heard a knife maker mentioning about damaging the temper of a knife blade by using a grinder once the knife is finished when sharpening, how does it differ during the making process, do you put the edge on before the blades are put through the hardening process?
  9. Who the hell is this, and why have you hacked the frockmeisters account?
  10. Are you trying to say William can't deploy the full spectrum of udder suckers whilst bounding round the maypole?
  11. Is this anything to do with buying a caravan with no wheels?
  12. They'd be going for kebab meat and chips with Greb as well There'd be nowt a matter
  13. That's right mate, Formica field used to be canny for the hares as well, I once counted 23 one night out walking around Siemens when they were building the cobalt, must have been more than I thought on the west allotment fields way back, but the density and acreage of the chicken mesh covered plantations must have concealed them, unless you were over on a snowy night never seemed to see many there
  14. Rake lane hospital mate, about 6 farms worth of land is up for building on, but think there's problems regarding mine shafts, hope they leave the place alone, it's the last of our greenbelt
  15. Nearly 30 year since I had a course on them fields, think they're on the list for building along with the rest right across to the hospital they've dug a few overflow ponds in, get the odd deer on there, the land to the left of pic is what once was the market garden, caught my heaviest hare on here way back, don't know what it weighed but what a lump it was
  16. The long field with the hillock at the golf course end?, Had some good runs on there, one time mid 90's we got caught lamping Seaton lodge, took to Blyth police station then we were dropped off at the Delaval Arms minus lamps and batteries, went to pick up our catch that we had left on the way home we could see the hares on that field by the light from the lamp posts, and got a few more courses, funny thing was we never seen as many hares on that field with the lamps as what we did by the dim light provided by the street lights
  17. Aye, the big field behind the hill, looks like they're getting ready to build on the other side of the road as well, they're after the Gosforth park fields for building now, the land's being taken at a rapid rate, the new builds at new hartley are a joke as well
  18. I know the hares were shot off around Earsdon way back, but cross the road to Holywell it was different altogether, last time I seen one over there was about four year ago now, shame because the habitat is great for them, seen one at first light last year on the Blyth fields, the east cramlington hares were shot off, never run over there these days, I'd rather re stock the place, nice area for walking Rising sun at Wallsend was full of hares as well, The cafe was called the leaping hare at one time I know what you mean, majority of places I go is all hares and roe
  19. What was the hare population like around there in the 70's Charts?, That land and the surrounding areas with the exception of Earsdon had a very healthy number when I first started 1990 ish
