Depending of the circumstances, warren fumigation an poisoning using 1080 or an anticoagulant (pindone)are also very effective. can you poison rabbits in the uk? Please could I have some more info on it? Charlie you cannot use any poisons on rabbits in the uk, only gassing is the most potent stuff we have. I thought Gassing (Cymag) was Banned?

    Why not Take their Feed Bowls from them when they have finished their Food.And Fix their Water Bowl to the Run so they can't knock it over.

    My Oldest Lurcher is now in her 13th Year.She is now in Semi Retirement i Only take her on Ratting Trips now,But she will be with me Right until the End.She Deserves that at Least.

    You've done nothing Wrong Mate,as you said your Dog was on it's Lead and under Control.Plus you gave the Other person a Warning that your Dog was Touchy with Other Dogs.They was in the Wrong by Having their Dogs off the Lead in a Public Place.

    The Only time i've Used Ferrets to Rats was in a Small Barn in amongst some Bales of Hay.The Ferret acquitted herself Admirably and Bolted quite A few Rats but Returned with a Nasty Slash just above her Eye.That was the Last time i've Ever entered a Ferret to Rats.Nowadays i use A Discutter Engine to Bolt them .But my Mate Red Dog has just Purchased a Rat Smoker from Arthur Carter which we'll be Using Shortly.Good Luck if you Use Ferret's to Bolt Rat's.

    That's all i've fed mine for the Past week.No i don't Run Deer but had one in the Freezer for too Long and the Wife was Complaining.I normally Get my Meat from my Mate who is A Butcher but as i don't Finish work until 6 O'clock I ran short of Meat.My Dogs don't Scour at all.My Lurchers Get All their Meat Raw.

    Stick to your Guns mate and Don't run him until he is Ready.I'd even hold him back until he was about 14 months old. I didn't run my Deerhound/Greyhound/Collie type until she was 18 months old because she wasn't ready.Cracking Looking Pup By the way.

    Better a Month too late than a Day to early.My Deerhound/Collie/Greyhound type Didn't Run live Game until she Was 18 months old because i Knew she wasn't ready(Still Puppyish).So i spent the Former months Instilling Obedience/Retrieving/Stock Breaking while other Lads were Entering their Saplings to live Game.It was well worth it because my Young Bitch will now do anything that i ask of her.
