    Lowa are excellent boot wouldnt get them or meindle again after wearing altberg warrior cambrelle for two summers hill walking the mutts and scarfell boots for two winters (dont make them now) Altberg every time, get the right type that suits your needs job done!

But you come across as one of the proper beauts ive met many a weekend night shift causing shit for no reason and saying dont tell me you could be some where more important if we didnt waste your time here! Normally we ignore the shitheads and smackrats but in your case as you seem lower intelligence than them i will answer you we have no pool tables or snooker tables does that answer you!!

    I will Wilf in 5yrs when i get my 30yr in, my pension is safe as in ring fenced as ive gone over 5oyr old and less than 10 yr to do !! I care about what happens as ive seen first hand what a skilled and semi skilled crew are capable of, what i say means jack to many but it has got 9 pages of thinking and discussion and no calls to bring the bags of gravel(life of brian)!!     I am not a union geezer, just an ordinary joe doing the vocation i chose to join and love! BUT if the Gov has no opposition to this first step in decimating a skilled profession then im afraid my friend this service is not going to be there as it was and when needed a very poor quality or dare i say it G4S! Selfish i think not, was there for any life or propety last time and if injured on my own head, we was led by a buffoon in gov pocket and hope to never go out again,but will not bend over and take it dry!

    Mate ive done fair few jobs in my working life before i joined the fire service, my trade was fabricator welder and i have done secondry employment to supplement the £? a week drop i took to join the service this is not the point of my post its on page one read!     Socks the last stike the army lads were based very close to where i work in cadet barracks, we went to have a chat to give advice on risks ie dirty sharps in hydrant pits valley house layouts and a contact mob no of duty picket line if a naughty call occurred! Now the army is decimated and green godesses sold there is no back up diciplined enough, WE do not want a stike but will not bend over and take it dry!! I signed to pay 11% of my salary in to the pension for 30yrs now they want 141/2% and work longer!

    The big majority join the job as a career and care deeply about the job and what it entails! This is not about wages its about being shafted and the public being fed spin! Massive cuts are coming and that entails loss of life and property, the majority of what we do(job wise) will never touch the ruling classes lives and hopefully none of you!! But if shit happens do you want a long wait for a second rate chance of survival or a prompt skilled service!

    Please help educate as many people as possible about the facts and in this day and age we are able to have a big influence on the media machine!!! Over the next few weeks, the public are going to hear stories in the media about 'greedy, ungrateful, lazy firefighters' that want to strike over their 'gold plated, expens...ive to the tax-payer, generous pensions' that are 'given' to them by the government, and that our pensions are the 'best around'. The facts are these, I pay 14% into my pension, £400 per month (feel free to compare that to what any of you pay). The Gov are changing my pension
