A mate asked me to go for a walk with the catties earlier on today. He spotted a squirrel and set if chasing after it. I decided just to hold back as i couldnt be arse running around after it. Anyway after about 5 mins and some missed shots the squirrel came my way and stopped dead about 8 yard away. First shot and i dropped it with my ttf, a marble and 15mm straight cut double tbg. Headshot and down it came.
then went out tonight. Headshotted a dove and neck shotted a woody.
loving this ttf
They are nowhere near the speeds of tbg. But with headshots and close range shots they will take all small game. I use singles but my mate uses doubles (really heavy pull) try them mate
I like it fir night time shooting as all the shots are static and you can usually get to the same distance every time so ttf makes it easier. Ott is what i prefer for daytime when ranges are always differing
Very nice them mate. Tell me to shut up if you want but id get a smaller bell than that next time. Looks abit bulky for a male. Try fit the smallest you can get away with
Shot this tonight with my camo chunky milbro, looped 1745 and a marble. Shot dropped low and broke its right wing but i dispatched it almost straight after as it fell to my feet nearly.
