  6. .Common opinion are that they are down to canting the forks or improper pouch release. Most of us have proberly had some stage were all we got were fork hits. It was only the other week i couldnt do anything but hit the forks and ive been shootin then fine for a while
  7. Or maybe you are right to worry
  8. another day of making catties, gonna have to get some shooting done

  9. i wasnt sure tbh but i do know the spa killed the american kestrel on a windy night as the lad popped inside for something and the wind blew a door open and the spa grabbed the kestrel as it flew past He definitely bred an american kestrel to a peregrine. There was only one egg that hatched and he kept it back, a little male called frank. Last i heard was it was flying well on the kite but havent heard owt since
  10. Nice shots mate, gonna have to get out myself, too much time making them and not enough shooting
  11. It was an american kestrel with a peregrine mate
  12. Spot on mate. Not worn my other set out yet. Ive got you a yew fork aswell mate
  13. Finished the 2 yew naturals i was working on. The mini was a nightmare but its turned out as a little beauty, straight cut 15mm doubles and some 9.5 steel will piss a pigeon. The bigger natural is for myself with straight cut 30mm double theraband silver. Shoots mint. Hope you like them and sorry for the crap photos
  14. Gonna band it up with double 15mm straights. Im not gonna use it though, its being sold but im gonna make myself one soon
  15. They're both coming along great now. The mini one is a belter
  16. How do you hold the catty mate? If your putting your thumb on the thumb pad on the milbro you will shoot it off lol.
  17. Just until they feel dry to me which depends on the size of the fork
  18. Ye people seem to be put off by the odd shape of naturals, but they hold in the hand really good
  19. No never, most of my shots are elevated shots at steep angles, you just need to practice and it will just become second nature.
  20. Aim lower eg if its a little below vertical then aim for just below their breast If its straight up i will aim a little bit forward of the target
  21. Never had one myself, hit my hand with a rock once and that came keen. Was it with the milbro? How is it you hold the catty
  22. It will be when its done and fitted with some TBG. Hoping my finish will be delivered tommorow
