    Definitely not but if its mint condition without any marks at all then 25% off new price imho! Remember that a new rifle bought for 800 quid will have 160 quid of vat on it which the initial buyer spends but doesn't get back!

    Yes mate i tried it and it works, can you buy the keyring magnets from deben? Id imagine there easier to use in the field. Not sure mate but i imagine they would. Have a look on their site or better still, give them call ;+)

    Had something similar last week though my jill didnt try to bite...she just wasnt here usual self. She's only last yeats kit but i've worked her quite a bit in the last few months and she's been great bolting maybe 50-60 rabbits on max 10-12 holers. Only had 2 digs with her and any time a rabbit bolts she's out at its arse and away back down if there's more there. Anyway...had a look at her and she'd started to swell slightly so i put it down to the fact that she's coming into season. Could be the same with yours mate. Mine are handled dailly by me and the kids and they've never bit once.

    So the price i got for 1 quid a block is goin rate? yes 1quid a block is going rate for 4"block work you wont get much cheaper unless you get a pole to do it lol Its 6" block on flat. I know him and have worked with him. I got him some work from a guy that i do work for so he did say he would do me a good price.

    you were getting a £1 a block when all the showcase cinemas were getting built that was in the mid ninetys i think dont think they will be getting that now boy says £8 pound a meter how many blocks in a meter What the fcuk are ye on aboot davy??? A never fcukin saod i was gettin a quid a block. Read the post...a got a price of roughly a quid a block to build ma wall at the front of ma hoose!!! Are ye gonny keep havin digs at me on a fcukin internet forum like a ten yr old school lassie or are ye gonny chap the door and we'll talk about it like men???If yir no then fcukin jog on!!!

    Try it out 1st...may not be strong enough. The keyring magnets i have...that are for the mk3m collars are very strong for their size!

    Not suggestin you are mate. You just came across as bein very frustrated with the dog and all i was suggestin was to give the dog a chance and more time. Im no expert but i would say i know enough to know that the dog is too young to judge. Im sure you know that too. Im used to gundogs that are hyper and headstong though last summer got a Whippet who is the opposite. I can roar at tihe GSP and Wei as they need it at times but if i was to roar at the Whippet he'd be off with his tail between his legs. He's just timid by nature ;+)

    1st season over there when about 19. There must've been 20 guys jiggin in the Bonhill bridge pool. Some guy open his mouth to them and a couple of them got up, came across the bridge and launched bricks off the bridge and totally fckin wrecked the guys car in the carpark be...lawless there tae. Never went back til i was 34 :+D

    Fair point but some parts of those countries are lawless so anythin goes. I fish occasionally with 2 guys that have fished in Russia and they've had shots taken at them as the locals get put off the rivers when the big money guys are there. Locals rule and their goes. Those countries that seems to be the attitude whereas here i think in this country we like to give game a sporting chance...especially where running dogs are concerned. I like to eat some of the rabbits i get so dont like gettin a bag of mince back. Just my opinion ! If its hare then each to their own...haven't done much in that

    Sounds as though its just the dogs temperament mate. At only 5months its difficult to judge. Give him more time instead of considering dumpin him on someone else as itll just throw the dog out again. Dont molycoddle him...you're doin him no favours. If he's good, praise him but not overdoin it. If he's bad a raised voice should be more than enough. Let him do his own thing to build confidence. Thats my 2 bobs worth...for what its worth ha. Hope he comes out of it mate. Let us know how you get on!
