    I think he'd really struggle with racers having no transport unless there's someone local to him who could help him get started and help with training tosses etc. Good luck to him though whatever he decides.

    If your getting a lurcher pup I'd put your time and effort into that mate rather than having an unruly whippet leading it astray. Good on you though if your going to give it a permanent home

    When they build on the peat ground here they normally put pilings in which go bloody deep and isn't nice to live near the noisy b*****ds.

    There is pigeon magazines mate but your as well looking on birdtrader for white racers. If he gets racers he'll need to get squeakers or an adult pair and only fly the young bred from them as their homing instinct is a lot better and they will bugger off. Would he not be interested in a performing breed like rollers, taklas, doneks etc ?

I have a few beers at home of a weekend but to go on the lash like I used to I'd feel like I was robbing my kids of cash and quality time with them, it's bad enough buggering off out fishing or hunting without getting wankered then rough all weekend.     No reason why not. There's been some successful racers who have used rabbit hutch type cages for them.
