Me and a mate did some a few years back and we fed them loads of mixed corn, greens and they had free range scratching around all day. They were good eating after that. They didn't grow as fast as their mates back in the cabin but they still piled it on.
reckon thats the price for the charger ... sportsmanguncentre as the battery for 200 quid lol ... tried ordering one see what they say
If I had the cash I would mate, would they have to honour the sale?
There the same type of idiots that would put it on the forums too, I've seen some proper thick feckers posting on here over the years that must be desperate for a free holiday at ump.
Get plenty in the freezer all ways handy for cooking. I was surprised how long they kept going for
Just as they are or prepared in some way? I did look into passata but it's a load of mider to make.
I'm gonna have to grow some different things next year and less tomatoes, I'm having them on sandwiches, the kids are eating that many I'm frightened they'll turn red and I'm even going off tomato soup. Everyone that's been round has took some home.
I did tomato, leek and potato soup tonight with pepper and a few other mixed seasonings out of the cupboard and it was my best yet. Still loads of toms to harvest too.
A mate of mine at work gave his springer a cooked ham bone from the pound shop and unbeknownst to him his young lad had given him one aswell which caused a few days of squatting and yelping with nowt coming out. It cost him a bit at the vet but the dogs right now, I think they gave it an enema.
I'm after a good strong belt which won't loosen, come undone or break while I'm lifting/digging. I was having a look in the army surplus yesterday at some of the webbing type belts but they were either off ten year old cadets or the buckles didn't look to good. I'd rather keep it cheap too so any recommendations?
Cheers, gnipper
