Anyone In The U.s Using Terriers
General lee replied to kyboy44's topic in Earthdogs & Working Terriers
Thanks anyway mate if any Americans do read this I am looking to see any kind of hunting in the states and would appreciate any one that could point me in the right direction -
If someone could make a short film of about 15 minutes explaining and showing real Lurcher and terrier work and everyone from here sent a email or letter to the bbc or another channel they might make a programme there self showing the real side of dog work but it would need someone well spoken that could put our point across and show sensible dogs working

Tell me about it I spend a month there in through the course of the summer I'm starting to drift away from it now because of the Muslims the way they treat us and the disgusting way they go on makes me not want to go back

Yeh mate I will be there from the 23rd January for 2 weeks starting in Tennessee driving through Georgia and ending up in Florida -
Benefits, free money, free healthcare housing etc and they havent got to put up with that 5x a day wailing (adan) call to prayer I asked a muslim the question that general lee asked and the reply was benefit. Exactly like you answered. Goes to show u dont need axum or desertbred to get an accurate muslim view lol Now my question to general lee is this , how did you come up with the assumption that they hate you so much. You have to be really sure before u say this. 8m sure majority of muslims of uk muslims arent practicing muslims and only muslim by culture. Probably only difference is that

I think if they added weight classes it would finish the sport off for alot of people only the real fans would watch as it is a lot of people that wouldn't watch a strongman comp will watch worlds strongest man at new year anyway does anyone know if it repeats?
-
On another note my father in law has never liked me we went through years of not talking I have started talking to him now to make life easier for my wife but he is a skinny miserable little man that only likes football and horse racing and I don't like either and I find it impossible to talk to him maybe this boy is in a similar situation

I wouldnt bother yourself mate it was the usual boring shit.....biggest heaviest bloke first....second biggest heaviest bloke second....third biggest heaviest bloke third.......gone to pot these days that competition.Got to agree with you there mate although that lad Adam Bishop looks like he could be a breath of fresh air to the sport in the next few years Probably mate but i do enjoy watching it

Cheeky Buggers, Making Terrible Life Choices. . .
General lee replied to SheepChaser's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
That answers some questions haha -
I've got a beddy whippet at the minute only took him in because he wasn't being looked after anyway he isn't any good on the lamp but he bushes like mad he will follow a line he only gives tongue when he is sighted and he smashes through cover and he has enough speed to pressure what he puts up but he hasn't got any grit he won't get stuck in when the chance is there I was thinking of putting him over a nice leggy staff a few years down the line but that would be a long way away
-
If it's foxes why not get a lurcher and you won't need a gun and the right one will take other game aswell

I remember being about 8 or 9 and walking with my cousin who would have been around 17 at the time through some country lanes about a mile from home we come to the end of where we always walked this was a fence with a bramble hedge so today we decide to venture further when we get through there is a small woods and what seemed like miles of open fields we start walking and we spot a hare he tells me to stay low he's going to run it so he slips the dog a saluki greyhound who puts in a few bends and misses as the dogs walking back we spot another one so we run that one the dog again misses as yo
