its similar to coon dog training, but they cage the coon and let the young dog bark at it , than they move the coon up the tree still in a cage.. now the coon dog has to tree the coon and stay barking at it... than hes ready for live action in the field

jawn your more than welcome to come to ireland if you wanted to see how we operate on this side of the world.... and that is a true invitation from me personally not just hype!! you seem like a level headed individual who loves terrier work from all breeds, with the freedom to work quarry that we do not!! but if you would truly like to visit and see terriers work where i operate... start planning for next year... There are 106 pictures in the work them hard book.. just did a quick count. im actually surprise, thats a lot of pictures.. no wonder why its almost the only book i pick up every ouple of weeks just to flick through the pictures...
