It's a well known fact that lurchers are the most loving dogs going and are faultless around kids so a small lurcher types would be nice along with a little terrier JackRussell or a pattendale I've a little lurcher and a JR which is superb in the house and in the fields, whichever way you go good look atb mark -
Ask to see a different vetenry nurse , the vets I go to under stand what the words "working dog " mean and never really question what we do but when my little JRT was a puppy and I was working away one of the vets bewitched our lass into getting her spaded told her she would die if she had pups ffs I went totally mad and she's never seen or treated my dogs again, Atb Mark

I am ok ...well sort of ok.I weren't saying get rid of your dog, I was stating imo (in my opinion). And if you haven't heard such "utter bollocks" you ain't reading much on here . Sorry I disappointed you mate, I'll try and be a little less opinionated in the future. Maybe that's why I have loads of dogs . Ok mate I'm sorry too I'll try not to bite straight away can't help it sometimes lol and your better than ok ok Atb mun.

Air In A Solid Fuel Heating System.
mhopton replied to jetro's topic in Home Stuff, Building and Leisure
The tube I welded to the fire sat at the bottom half in half out and the the fire burned on the tube heating the water . I say tube it was 300 mm diameter 10mm thick 500mm long with a full blanking plate one end with a plate other end with 2" 1" fittings for the feed and return the fittings and pipe were old fire sprinkler systems I gathered from the site I was working on . I no longer own the green house but I can get a few photos at the weekend if you like as its right beside my dads pigeon Cree -

Pleased your sorted it out mate , like I said I'm no plumber I was just going off my old green house heater , I made a fire out a old propain bottle cut a hole out the back got some old steel tube grime work welded it all up added 2" steel pipe and 1" pipe for the return it was a 25ft green house so it run up both sides and along the back 10 ft and 60ft of pipes totally worth the effort even though it took me a week to make I had a old header tank from a council house which was handy same type of system as yours but home made -
The few skinny rabbits I've had all seams to be fit and healthy but when I've dropped the guts they were riddled with worms
