  4. It is for me mate but gaz likes to elevate it to something else ... But he is young he will learn ......I am a quick learner socks. Only been in the game 5 minutes and I already know the difference between a ginger rabbit and a fox.Mik from Scotland taught me that in my first season Ginger rabbit and a fox ??? You have lost me there .... That's right you have only been in the game 5 minuets but you think you know all gaz ... Strange you needed to pm me with regards to wounds and stitching your dogs then seeing as you learn so quickly .......... Lol. You know exactly what I'm talking about.
  5. In this day and age it's probably easier to use someone else's hard work and use a lurcher/coursing dog that doing what you want,I personally think it's mad not to , If you want a great rabbbiting dog use a great rabbiting dog as the sire, same goes.for coursing etc etc just my opinion. But if I had to pick ,I would probably use a greyhound thats finished.it's career be it racing or coursing and is uninjured and living off its latter days as a proven producer of good pups
  6. Or put a course of bricks or blocks on top of the slab ?

  10. Bosun I think it's all snowballed again from a couple of lads saying Feeding a bit of mince is better than wetabix and because the first that said it happened to be, hot meat ,it became a massive issue, Of course feeding wetabix isn't going to harm the dog ,I don't remember that being said.Just that meat would be better,Just another thread gone tits up to people taking each other's replies to the extremes.mad
  11. As opposed to feeding what, meat?no one said it would harm just meat would have been the best way ,read back moorside lol,you are starting to look as though you just want to argue.about something you know little about.
  12. Just demo of quick copy and pasting nothing else sandymere lol If you look on the net in the right place there's always something to copy to prove a point.I'm sure there's plenty more out there lol
  13. God this is serious, A bit of pasteing for you By T. J. Dunn, Jr., DVM It is common knowledge and generally agreed upon by experts that dogs (and cats) are meat eaters and have evolved through the ages primarily as meat eaters. Although now "domesticated," our pets have not evolved rumens along their digestive tracts in order to ferment cellulose and other plant material, nor have their pancreases evolved a way to secrete cellulase to split the cellulose into glucose molecules, nor have dogs and cats become efficient at digesting and assimilating and utilizing plant material as a sour
  14. I don't see any fuss Sandy mere? Just a few posts saying what they think r.e. feeding wetabix.then 6 pages of tit for tat Because someone dare mention it .It seemed to me if you mention something on any thread these days if it goes against the grain (pardon the pun) some get jumped on depending who you are. the gafer replied ill do as I want they are my pups ,and he was wished all the best, the rest has been an argument that crops up ,every time certain lads post on the same thread. once again gafer best of luck with the pups
  15. Just getting someone who trusts YOU enough great if you can get a bitch you like enough, unless it's a lad who has plenty and likes your dog enough ,go for it,but can't help think using him to stud and have one back would be easier. Would it be for the Wheaten x what was you thinking of using him on
  16. I understand you not wanting to have him out to stud ,but to get a pup back,as a one off maybe it's the way as you know what you have at least on your side
  17. It depends on what terms you mean buddy as in borrowing a bitch ?
  18. What you mean by terms cs? As in an agreement between the 2 owners ?
  19. I assumed weetabix and milk went hand in hand. Apologies if I'm wrong. No Gaz I often have milk in my coffee, never tried it with wetabix lol
  20. No one said anything about milk,in fact I said give lactol with mince ,but cereal won't help a pup just a filler, bloats a delicate stomach .
  21. Cereals won't give calcium or firmer stools the opposite I'd say with all the bran
