    This is what I am using Micheal , it’s a 10mm ally core, drilled tips for the added tabs, it’s crude but I can kill with it , I bought the core from Matt reading on Facebook catty addicts site.

    Yes mate, I didn’t have any leather to hand so used what I could.

    Not that far.. maybe 15yrd. I had a mix of 9.5mm and 11mm in same pocket so not quite sure which I used, I put two shots just over his head then hit him with the third.

    1mm sheshou will handle 12mm steel.

    Yes they will be ok, 25/20 will have too much poke for 9.5s

    Can’t remember last time I went out with the guns... much prefer a mooch wi the catty, the set up you have will def put game in the bag ??... what bands you get from sheep’s ?.

    Yes I did, I used to order sheet latex (black) and I would cut it at 22mm straight. I ran out and decided to order pre cut bands, when I tried them they wernt no where near as good as the ones I’d cut myself so I didn’t order any more.

    I get the pheasant (in this pic) above the forks ( as the shot will go high if I aim bang on) and draw to my cheek bone (just under my right eye) and release.. it’s a muscle memory thing, the more you do it the easier it becomes. You can shoot very fast with this method.
