  1. Well down the permission have only been once in the last month! Still got my skills tho lol.. 28 yards off the bipod smk100kt .22 jsb exacts 3 shots on top of eachother! The zero on this hawke sidewinder has never moved a mm well happy with it. Got one squizzer aswel so far. 25 yards standing unsupported. its too hot for a ghillie tho im sweating buckets!! thought id take some selfies aswel lol Hit that 'like' button 1shot SKoT
  2. My hw100kt .22 at 11.3 ftlb with 16gr pellets absolutely destroys whatever it hits its got some right dropping power!!
  3. Never used map6 but half mildot is great. Get the AO model then you can focus it at whatever range your shooting at. NIKKO sterling imo arent as good as hawke.. but NIKON is something entirely different .. dont they make cameras? Lol
  4. Im king noodle arms mate and my 97 is NOT too heavy !! Maybe for off hand shots .. slightly.. lol but just fot a sling and take rested shots and you will be fine!
  5. A 98 is just a 95 with a barrel leeve and a better stock! I had a 95 and it was bang on when i got it right but it was too light for me and couldnt get on with it. It was quieter and smoother than the v-mach'ed hw97 i had at the same time.. horrid out of the box but once i relubed and smoothed out the internals it was amazing. Still if you prefer a light gun id reccomend the 95 before any other. It was better when it had the lamp fitted adding extra weight i got some right shots on the rabbits on the lamp with it. Beauty guns.. like all HW springers
  6. Panorama ev think its a bit more expwnsive but worth its money.
  7. Last few guns ive tried accupels in have not liked them. Some are a tight fit and some drop out of the barrel. They werent as consistent over the chrono either.
  8. So whats the difference between a spectre and a banshee then ? I dont want an imp too small and light for me. As for 97 and scopes.. ive had both thumbhole stocks beech and synthetic and had sporters aswel using various different mounts and scope heights and all have handled and shouldered very nice for me. I think a 40 in medium mounts or a 50 in high mounts both feel as good as eachother especially if you have an adjustable butt that just makes them even better.
  9. If you get to know the loading of an underlever you soon get used to it and can easily reload it as fast as a break barrel even in the dark. I know what an 'imp' is but whats a 'banshee' ??
  10. I want to try a aa springer but im left handed and a left hand tx is more money and a left handed prosport would mean an expensive custom stock
  11. I heard most non-AO/SF scopes are set at 100 yards.. whats the point in that lol More effort adjusting them but deffo needs doing
  12. Should be pellet on pellet at 25 yards! I know what you mean about moving your eye to get the cross on the bull, i was guilty of that-it is a very bad habit indeed. Has your scope got Adjustable objective or side focus .. or is it set paralax ? if its paralax adjustible zoom right in and make sure you focus so its perfectly crystal clear. mine says its at about 45-50 yards on the scope itself. but really thats when i set it for 34 yards!
  13. For me Daz39 i prefer the 97.. im on my 5th one lol. Prefer my 97 over my 98 and gone off 177 so keeping the 22
  14. For me 2 guns is enough one springer for plinking and a pcp for hunting. 3 or 4 is too many they just sit gathering dust i only get out on a weekend
  15. My hw100kt .22 was over the limit and took 3 weeks for me to get it back from HC turning it down. Pisstake. Esspecialy with the price of these rifles 700+ £ is a lot of money !
  16. Just stick with the 98 and spend them money on a holiday.!
