  1. Has anyone used this before to help hair grow back on a bald patch on a dog and did it work ? Or is there any other good products about that anyone would recommend?
  2. The easiest dogs to own are usually the ones with little prey drive which seems to be the case with yours, you wanna get something with some saluki in, f***ing nightmare but prey drive in abundance
  3. I think the greyhound and saluki are the oldest breeds and I’d hazard a guess that they are a mix of the 2
  4. So are these galgos basically saluki x greyhounds ? That’s what they look like
  5. Not bad, glad to hear your still alive, I was wondering last night what your cause of death might of been ?
  6. Seriously ? I know of the lad lives near me I haven’t heard anything about it
  7. Plenty of remote areas in Scotland isn’t there be alright if you stay out the way on them hills
  8. Pathetic state of affairs, what the f**k is wrong with these people
  9. Do you not use it between 4 to 7 weeks during the weaning process to take pressure off the bitch and give the pups that bit extra
  10. Has anyone tried this before, it’s a good price for 5kg but it’s got onions in the ingredients for some reason and I thought they were supposed to be toxic to dogs
  11. Just wondering what people think is the best puppy milk out there, I’ve always used lactol which the pups do well on but seems to give them the shits, does anyone prefer to use other types of powdered milk ?
  12. Does any of the mods know why this keeps happening recently and can they fix it, me and black neck can’t take it anymore ?
  13. You wanna ask the mods what’s going on with these square emoji’s ?
  14. Yea I do like to see a good shape to the back legs it definitely has an affect on speed, I also think the way a saluki runs keeping a generally flat back when at speed is another point which gives them greater stamina because there not using loads of energy from there back muscles like a whippet or greyhound does as they flex there back a lot when sprinting which gives them extra speed but tires them out quicker
  15. Bad name for a coursing dog, January jack lol
  16. Yea think so it was a black and white parti coloured dog out of deacon
  17. This was my first coursing bred dog about 24 years ago, he was out January jack, look how straight his back legs are I don’t like them like that probably why he was so slow, I like a good bit of angulation on the back legs I think I gives speed and power, look at a hares back legs there nearly folded in half most time I’m sure that’s why a hare is so fast for its size it all about leverage
  18. I thought that was just something wrong with my phone, all emoji’s on here have been coming like that recently for some reason, it must be the same for everyone
  19. The best of hares take that long to catch, I’ve seen real fast types with good mouths given short slips and still get blown away in the end by a strong hare as that type of dog dont have that extra weapon of bottomless stamina which is needed to catch the best hares that why saluki cross are the best, you can’t say you’ve got a top notch dog if it can’t catch a top notch hare
