A halfway decent trail-cam nowadays will give you 1080 and 12mp,thats damned good quality, doesnt deteriorate to a blurry screen at night.then maybe you should get it out the box stop quoting what it says on the label and flood us with your fantastic footage, if I wanted a fox case would be closed cheersSee you've suddenly mastered the art of getting pics on the computer lol.Have to say mate ,the more you write the more it's going down hill .Should of quit with the suspense of the unknown .This is where we differ mate ,knowing how to play your audience lol. He would have to get up early in the

Spare battery's that clip in to bottom of lamp similar to dewalt cordless drills wouldn't be a bad idea even if the spare battery cost as much as a 2nd lamp it would be easier carry.

How far is technology away from been able to put a variable power dimmer switch on LED lamps?
-
I bought a dimmer lamp last year tracer 170 and when used correctly the difference between how close you can get to a fox compared to a normal 170 is unbelievable. On low setting with the light barely on enough to give a glimmer of eyes you could get up to within 20 yards of foxes that were previously lamp shy. Id never buy another lamp without a dimmer. Even for climbing through gaps your not lighting up the whole parish. And for those who say they don't need the dimmer well then leave it on full power it's not doing any harm on the light. Better have it than want it.

Pick up the shovel and do a bit of digging and ya won't need a jacket. Your getting chilly watching the lads grafting.???

There is film footage from the 1920,s and 1930,s of various different big cats and guess what? you can tell that they are big cats even with primative cameras. You can even tell what species they are and the sex of them. Today's cameras are plenty good to catch them clearly and to complain that people say all the footage is murky is making excuses because it is murky that's no great conspiracy and to say its great footage and most likely a leopard is misleading people when it could be described as anything from a dog to a Bull and a lot in between. There was a big cat scare in my town about 10

my daughter was born 3 months premature at a pound and a qtr it was touch and go for a few months she had to get big op to remove some of he intestines at 5 weeks which nearly killed her a few times we were told she wasnt going to make it but she never stopped fighting she went through an awfull lot before she was even soposed to be born,i remeber going up to see her one day and she was swollen up about 5 times her size that was a horrible time to go through, shes 14 now and a keen dog lover and loves a night out on the lamp. its amazing how the will to survive is so strong in such a tiny ba

I was in a similar situation, mate. It's why the study struck a chord with me. My wife went into labour at 22 weeks. She was sutured and kept on bed rest for 7 weeks and she finally gave birth, via emergency caesarian at 29 weeks. My lad was 3lbs 4oz. He was in SBC for 5 weeks and he was discharged a week before Christmas. I totally feel for anyone that's had to sit in the ICU and go through that, especially when you know that a lot won't make it. Hope it's all going well for you mate my girl was in scbu (special care baby unit) for 10 weeks we had to feed her through a tube in her nose for w

My daughter was born 7 weeks premature and while she was one of the stronger babies in the maternity hospital intensive care unit at 3 pound 11 ounces. I did get to see other babies in the same unit some as little as 1 pound weight and hanging on to survival by a thread. They were all been kept alive by incubators and various tubes and oxygen masks which is all artificial. So if there was anything extra that would give those babies a chance at life then I'm all for it and fcuk the ethical critics. It is a frightening place to be and one thing that I remember most is the before and after photos

A bushing dog that barks at everything is a pain in the arse when after foxes. More than once I've seen dogs hunting cover thoroughly but silent and then a young dog starts barking after hare or deer and drags the whole pack away from the cover on a wild goose chase. If a gun is waiting where he is supposed to be and not asleep then the fox is going to take the same path regardless of the dogs barking or not. It sounds more exciting when barking but doesn't mean there will be better results and sometimes it can be poorer results. The ideal barker would be one that sounded on fox only and not ph

They are protected so who knows but if it's 5 pound weight and the terrier couldnt then it's time to rethink the breeding program.?
-
Makes sense, but what a fascinating hill to climb, eh? As long as it's an enjoyable journey you'd get to see a lot of other stuff on the way.?

If a poacher ran a deer with dogs and removed the haunchs holding the bulk of the meat. He would have a good old chuckle to himself when the rest half chewed by foxes ends up on the front page of the local newspaper as a cat that ate it in one sitting. Kills don't mean much as undisputed proof. Proper footage not from 300 yards on recognised uk soil or a cat hanging on a hook by the feet will. Or a captured live cat. Again I've no problem believing that big cats have roamed uk soil that's fact not myth if one jumps over a zoo wall and walks off into the forest then myth confirmed, it has happe

Seen one this morning walking the dogs. The terriers chased after it and hadn't a hope of catching it. Them little boys can move when running through cover. They are as common as foxes here now.

Glad to see she turned the corner it's amazing how quick they bounce back after illness compared to humans.?

Im wondering did the rabbit get away. ?

never mind the attacks by the polar bears too, theyre defo loyal companionsi was watching a documentary about polar bears coming way further south since the ice caps started melting and they are crossing into grizzly territory and a few hybrid matings have occurred with the offspring been bigger than both. Polar bears are meant to be sneaky cnuts and have killed humans when the people with them never even heard or seen it coming. Stealthy fcukers it's much safer having a dog as a companion to sound the alarm.

I've read stories of sled drivers getting caught in snow drifts hundreds of miles from help and they ended up having to eat the dogs. That must be hard after having a close bond with them for so long and they would of saved his life on many occasions when it was the fastest way of travelling. Each dog would be a different individual and character to him albeit part of a pack.

I heard Corkman once read a book about ninjas but I can't confirm this.?

Oh yhea I forgot that everything's bigger and better in the good old U S of A ............For hunting he's got a very good point like......It's not as free and easy as he makes out ... different laws for different states .....And nearly every state has less restrictive hunting laws than all of the UK. What's your deal. Are you one of those people that just doesn't like to see others happy? What a sourpuss!NopeI'm one of those guys that doesn't like big headed bragging yanks ....... Seems like a funny place to be posting then. None the less, if you can get over yourself, you and I would

If you can't swear that's everybody here out of the equation. That fcuks that adventure anyway.

Yer big fat bellys are bigger over there too so it's a tough decision when we would die younger from high cholesterol.???

I'm not sure what you mean.No body said that the village dog has become pure. You're putting words in my mouth. I'll try and explain my post as simple as possible. There is no breed of dog called a Husky. Husky is a native Inuit word for a village cur. OK ? The breeds of dogs known as Spitz and Malamute's are Kennel Club recognized but are not what Mushers use nowadays .OK ? The dogs used nowadays by Mushers are usually crossbreeds with Collie and Pointer amongst others in their make up. OK ? You're obviously looking to start an arguement with me just because I pointed out P3d's rookie mi

Makes you wonder is it mould off of 1 particular weed or plant. My father used to bed the dogs outer pens in grass cutting years ago. There was probably lads lost dogs in the past and never went to vets and never knew what it was and just carried on as normal
