dogs are or were from in and around heartlepool

this is diesel's sire cruise not sure how he is bred neither did the owner as far as im aware this is diesel,s dam bess which is collie x greyhound and this is diesel, if anyone reconises these dogs shown above and has pups outa them then id be intrested to see and hear how they fared out.

After tracing down the breeder I found he's out of a 3/4 saluki to a collie grey.

I totaly agree with your statement, the dog I posted pictures of is a one off. Also as he is a small dog people only think he is capable of catching rabbits and it keeps the eye of the antis off me and the dog such is how I like things as there is a hell of a lot of fame hunters lingering about looking for attention

A pal of mine is after a pat pup for below ground work only, something out of good parents he ain't bothed about lines etc just a pat from two digging dogs. Before anyone makes smart arse comments we know a few lads with good pats but the lads never breed they just by in and at the present time they don't kbow of any litters or any coming up. Best dog iv owned is ny current dog, small but mighty. He puts 110% into everything, his strike is second to non, I don't run small paddocks where I hunt is big massive fields so he gotta get his head down and get to his quary, also got plenty stamina.

e and my hunting oaks keep our dogs in the house and there are very good dogs, the only down side to keeping a dog in the house is they don't get a good winter coat in, my dog feels the cold a bit but don't stop him grafting

Has anyone bred a litter like this, what size did the pups make ?

Which way round would keep size, for instance would you put a 21 inch dog over a 25 inch bitch hopeing pups will make 24-25 inches or would you put a 25 inch dog over 21 inch bitch to make the size ? Atb jcm

Had a fantastic start to the season with my little lurcher then he ripped his chest open on barb wire then once heeled he ripped his dew claw off chasing a tree rat thro some woods, had him.out on the lamp last two weeks and he has caught a few rabbits bit the fields are flooded and boggy still. Just gota keep at it lads Atb jcm

Like I said pal names don't mean a thing to me, I'm just glad I found out Abit about His background rather than guessing, he aint to bad at retrieving a hare either but he more of a lamping mooching dig but a do like a long run

[bANNED TEXT] my dig was a pup he was very hit and miss on retriving, one day he caught a rabbit and didn't retrive it so I made him carry it from where he caught it all the way home in the lead now he is normally good at retrieving but still has his moments especially if I'm out with a certain dog he will nit retrive what so ever as this dog has took his catch from him on a number of ocassions so he will bring it half way and,stand over it till I get there -

Well [bANNED TEXT] I picked my pup up 18-19 month ago or maybe a bit longer now it was dropped off at someone's house for me and I was told he was a Beddlington type lurcher as the lad who's house the dog was dropped off at he had just getting a beddy whippet and I thought they were litter mates. Anyway thanks to facebook iv found out who the breeder is have now got pictures if both dam and sire the correct date they were born. Iv found out that the dam to my dig is a collie grey and found out that the sire is a 3/4 bred saluki bred down from cruise of shildon to a benji bred dog, turns ou
