    Being honest he doesn't have to justify how much he works a dog how many people on here can hold their hands up work all they dogs to the max? I don't I got 3 but I walk them all daily feed them good grub their happy and we put some game away together ! I know some people are die hard hunters and want to big numbers to brag to the lads but some people love hunting and dogs and like to have 2/3 about them not harm really Is it?

    I got 2 collie lurchers and run my uncles one and their all pot lickers couldn't catch a rabbit in a phone box or hunt one for that matter

    Think I had walked about 3 miles when I took this was a good scent day and plenty run !!

    Really depends how much they hunt mate mine can go for a good bit away from me up 500/600m and further every dogs different

    The two bitches are different ones a real ground scent dog and can do 5 x what I do the others more air scent but will cast further probably do about 6-7 x what I do

    My iPhone tracks every where I was I also like to see how far I have gone and my gps collars on the dogs tell me how far they hVe gone

    Me and ideation tend to do abit together ! I got A Hancock pup 11 month old Blue bitch mix of deer grey collie bull and beddy 3 year old My uncles bitch collie bull grey 2 year old Bull x grey 9 year old retired more or less Jai got Lurcher bitch mix of all sorts 2 year old Teckle beagle mix 3 year old And one the old boys comes out with 2 teckles All in all good little pack exciting times this season

    Right lads after a knee op I'm back on my feet mooching with lurchers so if anyone's out mooching any day of the week gives us a shout can either come down to me or il come to you I got gps collars if you want to see them in action I'm pretty easy just give me a pm be nice to see other lurchers and just a general chin wag !!

    2lb a week is healthy ! I don't mind losing muscle at the moment just want to drop the weight il put muscle on when I'm back running and in full swing

    It's great mate I'm only allowed 1700 calories a day !! Trying to drop from 15 at 5 to about 14st while I'm not playing rugby but I'm walking a few miles a day and biking and rowing in the gym with a few leg weights ( recent knee op) I spend most my time barcode scanning things lol
