  1. Nothing would suit me better moving from the RBS mate....i hate being taken for a mug. They've no interest in helping me, only themselves. I have a number to phone on Monday so should no more by then......If i cant get it sorted to be a the sole owner then my next move will be my Dad...... All of us on here could chip in a tenner. You could pay it back c/w a reasonable 'interest' attached in a few years time. We could then all own a wee bit o Fife briefly.
  2. Aye, Because if he takes it out, that's no more ££ for him in the future! When it starts giving you Gyp in the years to come, who have you got to go to....££££Thank you very much! Robbin Doods!
  3. Yup, agreed There's not a lot of space in there, and if you put in any volume of oil it could well be hydraulic-ing. As said, Plug out, give it a pull....(sounds suspect that ) Should then turn. Could be it's f**ked right enuff, but I doubt it if it was ok last year. My one just get's thrown into the shed and pulled out again next year, so far no problems getting it going, even with the old fuel in...which can give problems. If it's turning, stick it back together Fresh fuel / oil, clean the plug when you've got it out, give it a pull, and hopefully away ya go.
  4. Not in the same position as you, but we got told to approach an independant financial advisor. First thing he told us at the time was to go to the bank we had our deal with and bite their hand off!! Now, you spoke of land being involved, This is a sticky wicket via a mortgage.... But, Could you approach the Buisness side of your lender, who may be able to help you out via their channels? We looked at buying a few acres about a year ago. Bank let us down BIG style, but eventually spoke to their business guy, who was annoyed, then gave me his personal No. should anything similar come up again

    A Dewi Sant

Is there any point in trying? We don't particularly want to speak to them, They don't listen to us, And, What is the official English language nowadays?? Anyway, There Can't be many Natives left down there, they've all moved up to God's Country
  6. Taking a better look, I'd say there was a touch of badger about it. Teeth, claws, eye position in the napper..??
  7. seen that show raccoon alright Think they got some clever dood that knew all about skeletons etc and he sussed it out without destroying it 1st.Immagine, 'Right, let's boil it up and see what it is',.... then discovering it really was an alien! think it was the same show that featured the creature caught in the gin trap , turned out a hoax ,local taxidermist ( I think) pieced together a couple of different animals Yup, That's the one! Was what came on Ch4 after Guy Martin 'series' finished.
  8. Best answer yet.. Now I know what you're on about, At 1st I would have agreed 100%.......But look at the feet....they look wrong....Google em.

  10. That montaux one was on TV the other week, Think it turned out to be a raccoon I think.
  11. I asked the same thing a few months ago in the hunting dogs section....it's crazy! There were some funky pups in our local paper the other week £1500!!
  12. What a load of sh**! So, Say I have 300 snares hanging in my shed awaiting me to fit stops, I'm commiting an offence? Or, Am I only commiting an offence if I have the Certificate etc that say's I'm a 'good guy', but oops, I've found these hanging here. Take the end of the snare back through the eyelet and what have I got hanging there......300 bits of wire of a convenient length c/w hanging eyes... All references I have seen to these courses keep saying there has been plenty time and locations for us all to have done it by now......I beg to differ, as I work away 1/2 the time, by the
  13. Bay City Rollers.........Now there was a band!
  14. I've just been offered an Office job as opposed to the rotation I'm on. Working twice the time for 1/2 the cash..... Fancy being at home for the kids as they are at the stage of questioning why I have to go away, and it's not good. Like I said before, money's not everything but you can do very little without it! Time off is the BIG thing for me, This lets me take the kids to the school bus, collect them, and attend some of their activities.....which I couldn't do working 9-5 each day.... 20+ years at it tho.........It's hard to get away from it. Yeh its ironic that I had time

  16. TAKE IT THEN! Extra morning in bed too!
  17. Will it last? No point in taking £11k (less TAX?) This week if they turn around and Bin you when it suits them.
  18. Do your sums. Is it a better job? Same job, different employer? Van and fuel is a BIG saving these days, but it's not all about the £££££ You need to be happy in your job. You spend most of your time at work, so you need to be happy! That said, You say 8 Hrs per week extra, I'm assuming you do a 40Hr / Wk job, already?
  19. Quite often see dolphins, sharks and whales when I'm away at work. Thing that got me was watching these 'birds' diving into the water and not coming up for AGES...............Flying Fish!! NOT birds.....Dafty! All very impressive.
  20. Hated school every day I think. I'm the same with milk now, only on cereals, and very seldom at that. Blackboard Dusters, aye, Wooden Rulers, aye, Teachers stickin on the video and going for their smoke, aye, all the same with us. We used to have to walk a good few mile to catch the bus, but if we were in the village (about 1/2 way there) quick enough, we used to get a lift on the back of the milkie's wagon if we threw off a few crates en-route. Some right sedistic nasty b***ards when I was at school, strange how the few I have seen lately have all changed in different ways. They were the

    Kindle Help

I was just reading about that option and stumbled accross a page I hadn't seen before, showing me photos how to do it! Perfect for a numb nut like me.......Pity it wasn't easier to find in the 1st place. Woke in the middle of the night last night, thought I'd try a read to get me back to sleep, and LET THERE BE LIGHT! Hence my mission to get it sorted Tonight.
